My kids are now in school full time so they are done with Daycare, but I felt compelled to write this review, especially after reading Julie's. Bear Family is an amazing daycare, and I should know, my two children went there for 5 years. This place was like a second family to them, and they loved attending daycare. My daughter would sometimes cry when I went to pick her up because she didn't want to leave! In my time there the staff was always warm and friendly. My children's needs were always tended to. Near the end there was some issues with my son and I had some concerns with how the staff handled it. My communication with the owners was excellent. They heard my concerns and took the necessary steps to correct the situation. Please, do not hesitate to take your children to this daycare. It is fantastic

Amazing staff! They genuinely care about my child and the children they take care of. Always pleasant and polite to myself and my family as well. I’ve had absolutely no problems with them. My daughter loves daycare! She’s always so excited to go there. They’re open and honest with me about my child and listen to my needs. They always have my child’s best interest at heart. If anyone asks for a good daycare to go to, I would suggest bear family. The prices are pretty good as well.

I cannot say enough positive things about this daycare. The staff are absolutely adored by our kids, and they have all become like a second family to our children. Our kids have been attending for a couple years now, and we are still impressed each day with both the programming, the educators, and the positive developments we see in our children as they grow and learn. My kids have gone to Bear Family Daycare. I love that they were walked to school by staff and picked up. Vicki was so helpful with all my subsidy questions. I was laid off due to Covid and my daughter keeps asking “When can I go back to daycare?”. Great place! Great owner! Would recommend.

I had a terrrible experience at this daycare. There is a serious lack of communication from the staff. My daughter got hurt and they dismissed her injuries. They did not provide the medical care she needed and did not call me. When I picked her up after work she was in pain and crying so I took her to see a doctor and she needed a cast because she had fractured and chipped bones. The daycare did not file an incident report or call me when she got hurt.

When I posted a negative review of their business the owner got angry and retaliated by discussing my child’s confidential information with a third party who then posted a public response. They have a complete disregard for child safety and get really defensive when you approach them about it. Giving a child’s private information to someone outside of the daycare is a serious violation and puts the child’s safety in jeapordy.

Would definitely NOT recommend this daycare to anyone.
