I wish i can give them zero for everything . Front desk ladies she was good today . But the bigg lady who gave vaccine to my son was rude and worst person . She spoke rudely when my other kid just touch the desk . Dont understand these people . If u have any problem with your job then dont do it . Or if u want people of our own choice to get vaccine from you , then talk to ur management . I am scared of going to that health centre next time.

I was a bit a surprised by the review comments at this health centre.
We have been there twice and I must say that we have great experience.

I so much love the way the nurses here approach kids immunization. They were very friendly and carefully find ways to explain to the kids the process and what to expect. Great job guys...

Today my daughter has had her second immunization at this place. My wife took her in as only one parent was allowed due to virus covid 19. Daughter got 3 shots and one shot to drink and the lady that was giving her vaccines was extremely nice and kind by the words of my wife. Baby didn't cry as much and lady was very gentle with our daughter. I must give them very nice review as that is how it was. In my case they deserve 5 stars review.

I had to come here for some vaccines, the front desk lady was very arrogant and rude, feels like I am a 3rd class citizen. I wondered if she hated me for some reasons, until I read other reviews - she just a rude person for no reasons. Maybe she own that place? However, the nurses there are quite nice though.

Never have I ever been made to feel more like a third class citizen than when visiting this front desk. Terrible bedside manner, condescending, rude, humiliating, discriminatory behaviour that is offensive to the sensibilities and in direct violation of human rights. Go to Leduc instead.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and nurses at this facility. I’ve taken post natal classes here as well as had my children immunized at this facility and everyone has always been helpful and friendly.

was told by Alberta Health over the phone that we had to walk in as the clinic doesn't accept appointments for immunizations. When I walked in, front desk refused to assist without appointment.

Very rude staff and extremely unhelpful. Very shameful for a healthcare facility to be treating people that way.
