Before Dr. haupt left to relocate this was an amazing clinic - he kept the entire place in alignment. Now this clinic you can’t even get in to see a doctor to get stitches removed they tell you to go to hospital after telling you the day before to drive 40 mins with multiple injuries. Back to 2hr waits and sometimes they say it not busy but when you live 40 mins away with multiple injuries that is a gamble to take. When I started at the walk in with Dr Haupt never did I ever feel resistance or like it was ever a hassle to go see him. He had a great system and he went above and beyond to help those truly in need of his service.

This clinic now it seems is difficult for me to see a doctor or get access to my medical file since dr Haupt left, they have developed attitude with receptionist they now hang up the telephones on you and basically push you away more than help you cause the only doctor who was willing to help anyone in this area is now gone, and now we all left with hardship again. They then hung up on me think her name was Ashton - oh a God forbid you use the Dr name Sebastian from his card they get very upset with you.

We once had hope for good Healthcare until we got left with misery and neglectful healthcare again. Doctors who aren’t available, receptionist that silence you and cause tribulation !

Be wise and unless you see Dr Haupt back walk in with extreme caution ⚠️ if you someone with systematic oppression and have no trust in the medical system due to trauma from bad experiences this is my opinion now. I was refusing to see doctors until I met Dr.Haupt cause I just don’t trust them and got more disrespect and labels from my injuries in the health care system then support for them.Dr. Haupt was the only medical professional I was able to work with and actually not worry it was a nice break while it lasted but now your just a number again!

Most amazing professional staff that's very supportive to my needs as a senior go above and beyond allowing time to answer all my questions. Great positive atmosphere from all services available. My Dr is the Best Ever!!!! Leslie with Acuity EYE Care is awesome, took the time to answer all my questions purchasing a new pair of prescription glasses, was much appreciated. Had them 3 wks now and very pleased with my decisions what I selected. My previous provider in gp was disappointing with product and quality I purchased. Small town atmosphere here with several new service providers has been rewarding for our community. Highly recommend trying our local service providers as the quality and pricing is more than competitive to outside providers.

Have had the pleasure of interacting with this clinic as both a patient and a health care colleague. We're so fortunate to have a local centre with three skilled and compassionate family doctors. If you're lucky enough to get on their patient roster, you're sure to be well taken care of. Although wait times vary, the additional service of the walk-in clinic on scheduled mornings is invaluable to thr community.

I have seen her for cosmetic reasons and love the amount of time she spends with me, making me more comfortable. Her attention for detail creates the most beautiful results.

Great staff. Dr Clow and Jule are amazing and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone. It's worth the drive from gp to beaverlodge to see them. Thank you ill be back. So impressed!
