They were great Mary Ann was wonderful she found a problem with my ear so I could go to the doctor and my wife had her hearing test done and she was very friendly and knowledgeable would definitely recommend them to everyone. I have since gotten my new hearing aids Beltone Achieve 17 and they are working great Natalia was great she set up my hearing aids and got the app on my phone and showed me how to work everything and typed it in my notes on my phone so I could use my hearing aids for phone calls and listening to music and how to turn off my calls they are the best hearing aids I have ever had and the costumer service is above and beyond.

I had the good fortune of having my hearing tested by Mary Anne and receiving a comprehensive briefing of the status of my hearing loss and the hearing aids which best suited my condition. I was struck by Mary Anne’s professionalism and her wonderfully empathetic manner. Her all encompassing approach demonstrated that her expertise and experience is of the highest order and I felt that my satisfaction was always her over riding priority. I am most grateful to Mary Anne for the outstanding service she provided to me and to our community and to to Linda who is an essential and important part of the office arranging appointments and keeping track of the myriad devices that patients end up obtaining. Thank you both so much for all that you do so exceptionally well.

Mary Anne provided a thorough check up and fully comprehensive status of my hearing and adjustment accordingly. I cannot thank her enough for her professional and empathetic manner, thank you MaryAnne
Update as at 12 July 2024: I needed help with my hearing aids when the left one wouldn’t charge with a dead battery, Linda the receptionist immediately alerted Mary Anne to my predicament and she checked my hearing aids and confirmed the left hearing aid was no longer working so she set me up with loaner replacements whilst my own hearing aids go in for repair. I cannot speak more highly enough of the professional and caring approach of Mary Ann and Linda. They are a credit to Beltone and themselves. I truly appreciate them both for looking after me in such a lovely manner and highly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent service for their hearing needs.

My experience with Beltone in Strathmore has been awesome. The staff goes out of there way to make sure your feeling confident and well taken care of.They are very friendly and professional and explain things thoroughly.I am also very impressed with the disinfecting and cleaning that takes place constantly during my appointments as this makes patients feel much safer. The wait time is almost nil and they are very accommodating . I would highly recommend them.

I’m glad my husband and I used Beltone hearing center to get our hearing tested.
I found our tester to be very professional and thorough while also being friendly, fun and compassionate.
Even though there’s a pandemic happening I felt completely safe in their office and testing room. Cleanliness is obviously important to Beltone. I witnessed frequent hand washing, use of hand sanitizer, continual cleaning of equipment and was even given a disposable pad to set my purse on, something I haven’t experienced in a doctor’s office or hospital.
I found the visit to be very pleasant and felt I was in good hands.
