I am currently staying at this hotel and it is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. I am here for work at long periods of time and the staff goes above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

I also stayed here last year And I don’t think I can stay at any other hotel in Rocky Mountain House because I’m treated so well here.

The breakfast every morning is different and the beds and rooms are made every single day. The amenities are stocked all the time. I just thought I would leave a really good review because every worker in this place deserves to be recognized for the good job that they do.

Easy to navigate to, the staff are so helpful and friendly. When we arrived we had car trouble and were stranded in RMH for the night, we had our dogs with us. The front desk staff even gave us a little dog care package with treats and kibble for the night, our room was so comfortable for us and our dogs. This is truly a dog friendly hotel. The continental breakfast was nice to wake up to and the coffee was great!
They allowed for a late check out which enabled us to make arrangements for transportation home. Thank you for all your help and empathy during our crisis!

My husband and I were headed home to Whitecourt from Christina Lakes, BC and the day had predented many unexpected twists. Rather than continuing the last 3 hours to home after being on the road since 7am, we decided to stop in Rocky and rest for the night. Chose Best Western as we had just stayed in one in Nelson and it was great so we figured we would do it again.

We were not disappointed. The staff that helped us was amazing. We had no reservation and they were able to put us in a King Suite as they had no queens left and gave us a discounted price without a request from us.

Room was wonderful, clean, spacious with a separate living area from the bedroom.

Shower was decent (shower head could be better but not horrible), I like that they give you 'rags' to use if need be so as not to use the white ones.

Quiet, bed was super comfy

Breakfast included and was a decent continental spread

Has a pool and slide but we were not able to use it as we had no time.

Only regret is we weren't able to stay longer. Thank you so much!

Also, best western hotels give you points per stay so you can earn free stays so that's a win in these economic times also!

We spent 2 nights here for a hockey tournament. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Pool was a blast; team was waterlogged by the end of the weekend. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Located was perfect and could walk across the lot to Tim’s and BP’s.

Thank you Best Western RMH great job with those in the lobby and front desk. Very helpful where to find good spots and suggest location where to go to. With thier big smiles your will have a great day starting with this hotel. We would come back again! Shout out for all the Filipinos working in this hotel.

I was actually impressed. Rooms were very clean, comfy beds and pillows, pool was small but kids had fun. It was quiet. The breakfast had good options and was clean and maintained all morning.

In our way to Edmonton we stayed for one night. The staff was friendly, the room very clean and the breakfast excellent. If you are in the area an need to spend one or more nights I strongly recommend this place. They have a museum that is nice. No much for restaurants in the area.

Very comfortable hotel, and clean. Nice breakfast. Hey, did you hear about the Legend of the Waffle Man? No? Did you know that if you push down too hard on the waffle batter spigot where it says "PUSH", the whole spigot can detach, spilling a flood of waffle batter everywhere! I won't do that again! But I want to give a big shout-out to breakfast room attendant Tawnie! She was calm through the batter mess and was very kind to this mess maker. Thank you, Tawnie!
