My mother-in-law has lived at this Bethany for more than 2 years and has Alzheimers. Don't ever expect to get a call back from management if you have concerns. We have had to deal with another resident being physical with my mother-in-law, no assistance from management. Today my wife gets a call that her mother was choked while in the dining room - lpn couldn't call, made the healthcare aide do the dirty work.

The place is short-staffed so if you don't mind the possibility of elder abuse and an oh-well, feel free to leave your loved one there.

I was anxious for my Mum moving to Bethany.... but I was wrong to have any concerns. The building is old to be sure but I cannot say enough about the hearts within! The residents are lovely and were welcoming. The staff are absolutely top notch! Caring and warm, they were dedicated to getting to know my Mum, her needs and, most importantly who she is as a person. Moving is challenging for our elderly population and their empathy and determination to ensure she felt welcome and supported in her new home was beyond compare! All of the staff are skilled, efficient and quickly developed an appreciated relationship with my Mum. Within the walls at Bethany Airdrie there is an overwhelming feel of community, of family, of warmth and genuine care. Highly recommend this residence for anyone's loved one...peace of mind in regards to their care and inclusion is guaranteed

Clean, cheerful building. Clean and visually appealing outside. Great kitchen staff who work hard to serve tasty,filling meals to the residents of the Bethany Care center and the staff seem kind and supportive.

Been back and fourth about changes. Nothing changes. TVs too high for wheelchair residents. Crowded dindgy “sun room” used by staff to eat instead of residents. Could we get a bird house in the court yard... that’s not accessible unless you go through the lock down unit. No music ever in the cafeteria... waiting 4 months on a TV that’s suppose to advertise events, Menues... but I guess it’s rocket science. Like fresh food... too bad NOTHING is cooked on site!! Potatoes come from a box... should I go on? An infected toe and gangrene went UNNOTICED
