Lazy staff and even worse when the staff from B hive came over. They let my son get bit in the face over and over again. He was getting brutally bruised. All Chelsea could say is that it would happen at other daycares too - Shame on you for not taking my son getting injured seriously.
Cassie would just have a blank look on her face when I would ask her how her and her team will fix these issues. Eda would text me and say she "cares" about my kid still. A real weird dynamic going on in this place!

This daycare is amazing! The space is so open and inviting, the staff members are well educated, kind and go above and beyond in providing a safe, fun and educational environment. Their menu is excellent, they offer something new everyday and meals are homemade. The communication between management and parents is great. They keep us up to date on day-to-day activities, staff training, menu changes and event days. Chelsea and her staff have exceeded all my expectations!

This daycare is amazing, the work the owner, Chelsea and her team have put in is beyond any daycare I've ever seen. All the staff are so loving, gentle and kind and the menu is far better than those of any other daycare and above the regulated standard. This team is truly passionate about child care and providing the absolute best to the children and it shows so clearly. I'd recommend Better Beginnings Daycare to anyone seeking the absolute best care for their children.

Better Beginnings is an amazing, AMAZING child care center!
The owner and directors go above and beyond their jobs to accommodate all of your needs and make your child feel comfortable, happy and safe. They make every effort to work with you and meet you where you're at.
Not only is the learning space clean and inviting but the meals they provide are nutritional and easy for little ones to enjoy.
My 2 year old is a child with special needs and not for one second would I be worried about his wellbeing while in their care. They bend over backwards to help him feel included and safe. They treat him with dignity and respect. He doesn't open up to just anyone and especially does not want to be held but I have come to the center multiple times to see him cuddled up with a worker. He is always excited to go!
Whether it is payment arrangements, different feeding schedules, special needs, or just a shoulder to lean on, these ladies are there for you. Reliable, friendly and accommodating.
10/10 I recommend them to everyone.

Chelsea and her crew have been absolutely amazing! They really go above and beyond to provide exceptional care, which has been difficult to find in Lacombe.
Their space is beautiful and bright, the staff if well trained and so friendly and kind. Our kiddo loves the meals and snacks they provide. She is also happy to go in the morning and is always playing and having fun when we pick her up in the afternoon.

After a terrible experience from another daycare in town, I chose Better Beginnings for my 2 year old! What a difference! They definitely help educate our littles. My little guy has learned so much! Drop offs and pick ups are so much more better and he adjusted quickly! They really have a passion for teaching kids new things. Thank you for everything you have done for us!!!

The space is absolutely beautiful and the staff poured their hearts into this program. It shows. The menu, actual fresh fruit and Vegetables on kids plates and even the “kid food” like Mac and Cheese is home made. I have not seen that at any other centre in the area. Nothing boxed or processed. I feel really good about sending my kiddos here.
