This venue was the perfect mountain venue with breathtaking views! Andrea was amazing to work with. Answered all our questions and everything went off without a hitch. You get the venue the day before for setup which was great! I loved that it included chairs for the ceremony and tables and chairs for the reception, one less thing to bring in ourselves. Having catering and bartenders on site was also one less thing to organize and they were all great to work with. If you’re looking for an affordable beautiful venue, this is the one for you!

We had our wedding at Bill Warren Training Centre in July. Andrea, our contact for everything venue related, was amazing and accommodating. She was very quick to reply for any question that we had. The patio was amazing and provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony. The indoor reception space has big windows so you do not miss out on any view while inside. Would recommend this venue for your event or wedding.

Planning an out of town wedding can be hard, however choosing the BWTC was the best decision we made! What a fantastic, beautiful wedding venue. The mountain view is incredible, the venue space is modern and location is wonderful. The venue itself doesn’t require much décor for a wedding, as it is already a beautiful space. Andrea the events coordinator is beyond amazing, and extremely accommodating for all requests. I felt like she went above and beyond for all communications, meetings ect. and we couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out! A really nice option is that you are able to access the day before to do all your set-up and you have the option to come back the next day to do your event clean up which is rare and a very nice opportunity. Since our wedding was in the winter, we held both our ceremony & reception there, and they took care of absolutely everything regarding changing over the room. Such a stress-free process! We would highly recommend anyone holding an event in Canmore to check the Bill Warren Training Center out, we are extremely happy and have nothing but good things to say about it!

We just got married this last weekend at the BWTC for ceremony and reception and the experience could not have been more positive. Andrea was a pleasure to work with, very responsive to communications, very flexible and adaptable, and worked with my vendors very well. She checked in many times throughout the process to make sure things were running smoothly.
They just finished a deck expansion there which allowed us to get married on the balcony and the views were unbelievable.
I also appreciated the use of the room in the building to store things or use however we needed.
Bar service was excellent, adaptable to signature drinks and reasonably priced.
The process including payment was made as easy as possible.

Would definitely recommend again!

We hosted our wedding reception at the BWTC and could not have been more pleased with the venue. We worked with Andrea at BWTC who gave us a complimentary viewing, discussed options with the venue, walked us through our contract, worked with our wedding planner, and ensured everything was perfect for our big day. Andrea was very accommodating and wonderful to work with. The views from the BWTC are so amazing that you do not need a lot of décor to make the place look magical. We had around 70 guests which only filled half of the venue and left the other half for our dance floor. Overall, the BWTC is the perfect place to have your mountain wedding.

We rented the Bill Warren Training Center for our June wedding. Andrea was so accommodating! We planned our wedding while living in New Zealand, and she was so easy to communicate with- despite the time difference. She made planning easy! Having the linens and tables all set up for us made the day so much less stressful.
The venue itself is GORGEOUS. Incredible views out the windows, excellent staff and an easy set up! I couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our wedding reception!
