I always like to see new businesses in small towns. They seem to have a lot of community support and a large selection of merchandise to choose from. I know the woman who had no way to move some furniture up some stairs and out of a basement suite. The store owner said they could pick it all up for her. She was so relieved and happy about the store responding to her needs. Seems like a nice addition to Bassano.

It is unfortunate that people can impact a business without having to prove their allegations. I am Brenda Ryan and the problem came when the lady I was helping changed her mind. This shouldn't affect your decision to shop here. They really saved me from having to abandon the furniture in the renters apartment when she was evicted. I had a good faith agreement with her (signed) but she broke the agreement and contacted Bitza Thrift herself. The employee there arranged for the truck and trailer and the men to lift everything up the stairs and took it all to the thrift store. It was a considerable amount of work that they had no plans to charge me for. I have never at anytime when dealing with this store been treated badly and they are not at all shady. This problem was not caused by them in any way
