J'ai été de passage à Kimberley avec ma famille pour du vélo de montagne. J'avais eu un problème avec mon hub arrière au début de mon voyage. Le mécanicien de Black dog a tout fait pour réparer ma roue mais étant donné que mon vélo est muni d'un superboost à l'arrière, la réparation n'a pas fonctionnée. Perry, le propriétaire, m'a prêté sa roue personnelle pour que je puisse faire du vélo de montagne avec ma famille pendant mon passage à Kimberley, et ce, sans frais. Merci à Perry, si je pouvais mettre 6 étoiles, je l'aurais fait. Je recommande très fortement Black Dog Cycle & Ski.

Rented a couple of moose ephat bikes for two days of riding and they bikes were amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Can't wait to make my way back up in the summertime to ride!!!

From Alberta, we came to Cranbrook Kimberly area to ride the Northstar rail trail for Canada Day. Started out the morning and Hubbs trick E bike had a flat tire which altered our plans in Canada day. Many of the bike shops were closed phoned Black dog cycle in Kimberley got such a wonderful response for them to help us with the bike repair. Tim answered the phone and he said yes come on up and we’ll fix you up. We arrive just before noon and were greeted with open arms, smiles, and willingness to help. In less than two hours, the Service department found that the valve had come apart and a new tub was installed and we were good to go. The service we received from Tim and Jon was exceptional And we were so blessed to have found black dog cycle to help us on our way thank you For such outstanding service and we look forward to riding the trail tomorrow.

I went to Black Dog looking to get new ski boots after a few runs at Kimberly had my feet in pain. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable the two people I interacted with were on fitting ski boots and diagnosing foot/orthotic issues. I didn't actually end up buying boots from Black Dog because they weren't confident that what they had available would meet my needs or that they had time to modify what they had to fit my needs. They sent me to a different shop in Banff. I found this to be a great reflection of their integrity and their actual love of skiing. They easily could have had a sale. Instead, they wanted to be sure I would be completely happy with my boots. I would absolutely recommend Black Dog to anyone looking for ski gear.

Took 3 visits and $230(labor + insoles), but I’m now able to ski without foot pain which is priceless. Really appreciate the time taken to further adjust my boots when they still had issues. Very friendly professional staff.

Black Dog is my shop of choice in Kimberley!
Whether it was mounting my touring skis, or working on my bikes, I have always found them to be professional and reasonable.

They have never felt pushy or tried to upsell me. They are great when it comes to explaining any issues with my bike and telling me the options to go forward. They are good with communication and have been very flexible with squeezing my bike in for a quick service!
