This review is for the West Kelowna bakery. Have been enjoying the food and service here for years until lately. Food is still great but the service has really gone downhill. Have experienced odd behavior you can walk in and be the only customer. This one staff member will see you and turn away and try to appear busy. Won't acknowledge your even in the store. First time never thought anything about it however this rude behavior has occurred often unfortunately. You may have to wait quite awhile while she slowly goes about her tasks definitely is intentional.

Was out looking for a great coffee and sandwich shop. Asked the goggle gods and was directed to this little spot. It has a wonderful sandwich shop with a good selection of backed goods. Also the bakery puts out some really excellent sourdough bread. Also a bunch premade frozen foods that you just need to reheat. Staff are very friendly and helpful. No in-store dinning. But does currently have out door seating. View is industrial. But still a nice spot to soak up some sun and eat. Also coffee was excellent. Had a very tasty latte.

Always wild to see visibly sick employees working in a food establishment.

Pro tip for the manager, maybe give your employees a paid day off when they are sick, so they can recover and not spread their illness to other employees or customers. Wont be coming back because these management here clearly doesnt care about their employees or customers health, I wonder what else they do to save a buck.

A kind and welcoming atmosphere, but not much seating. Very happy with my vanilla matcha. Offered to let me try it first in case I wasn’t happy with the taste. Above and beyond customer service! Thank you!

We ordered catering for a work event; sandwiches and desserts. Everything was excellent. I was coordinating from out of town and never had to worry about a thing. These folks provide high quality food at reasonable prices. Two thumbs up!

Little coffee and artisan shop, have pastries and other sandwiches, Aussie pies. Their 5$ scone was truly amazing. A bit complicated to get to the location which is in between warehouse buildings.

Stopped in to pick up lunch for my colleague and I while we were in the area for work. First off I have to say that this is an adorable place with the friendliest staff. I got a grilled cheese and he had a coffee with pulled pork grilled cheese. By far the best grilled cheeses we have ever had! My colleagues coffee was "fruity" but I'm told that's a good thing. We can't wait to stop back in next time we're in the area!
