I came to this branch to take out money from my savings account on July 9, 2022. I asked the employee to give me the whole amount. Maybe she didn't hear me so I had to ask to make sure the account is at 0. Because of 2 transactions I was charged a fee of $10. I called BMO and they were able to revert the charges as it should have been only 1 transaction fee. I went to bank today to close the savings account. I got the till and the lady(peachie) helped out close the account. I had a question about the amount and she explained it to me well, but the employee who I dealt with before was standing close by taking out money for another client. She over heard our conversations and as I was leaving (my back turned and proceeding towards the door) she made a comment that made me turn around and not happy about it. Not very professional about it. I don't think I will use this branch again after this experience.

This bank closed my account and then is asking me for the money I owe on my card But then, they are telling me that I do not have an account anymore so I cannot make any payment...? You guys are screwing up with people's life because you don't know how to do your job? Never seen such dumb people.
