It is a fantastic location considering it's in the smallest town on Cape Breton. I don't live in Port Hawkesbury myself, but I've been here once and sid enjoy my experience.

Ruined the place with high prices and stupid signage everywhere. In what world is 17.50 fair for a drop in? Can’t even take a cold shower because customers can’t be trusted with a proper shower valve. This place sucks to be frank. Not to mention the out dated, small lockers.

I’m not sure who runs their social media page but they literally harassed me for commenting about their membership issues. Unprofessional. If you go to this gym consider blocking their page so they don’t harass you like they do with many others. VERY CREEPY.
