Trading my 2015 Mazda CX5 for my brand new 2024 Bronco was much easier than I could have anticipated. Herbert did a wonderful job helping me do so. Herbert in Sales and the Sales manager, Mark worked really well together and independently to make me feel comfortable with every decision being made. It was a welcoming experience from start to finish. They also had my best interest in mind involving functionality of the vehicle for my lifestyle! Kurt and Sean hands down great guys to deal with in the service department! Can not thank them enough for getting my truck back on the road so quickly! I purchased my 2017 Raptor in Saskatoon at another Ford dealership. My timing chain and phasers ended up going out on me and I was quick to jump on the phone with the dealership in Saskatoon about the issues. Long story short, with Saskatoon never returning my phone calls, dealing with their service department through emails etc and being quoted outrageous amounts of money to service the truck, I decided to let Kurt and Sean know what was going on with my truck. Keep in mind I NEVER purchased the truck from Boundary and they took me in like a long term customer. Couldn’t thank them enough and would HIGHLY recommend dealing with these guys for all your service needs! Thanks again!

I went into Boundary Ford wanting to look at a specific truck I found online. When I arrived Cassandra had the truck running and waiting for me outside ready for a test drive. Once I came back she answered all questions I had and was extremely thorough with the breakdown of everything. She has amazing customer service skills and made me feel extremely comfortable with the whole process. When I went in to finance the truck, Nikola from the finance team explained everything very well and made sure I understood everything. Which I appreciated because this was my first time financing a vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Ford to go to Boundary. The Boundary team made buying a truck fun.
