I cannot tell you how wonderful the staff is here at Bow Valley Basics and what a great addition to our community they are! I came in with problem - we had run out of envelopes with return addresses right before we were set to send out 500 letters at 4pm on a Friday. Mark in the printing department saw my stress and helped me get it sorted in less than 20 minutes. His kindness and patience was appreciated and I truly felt they went above and beyond to help me. I will 100% be recommending to my organization that we continue to do business with them moving forward. Sincere thanks again to the whole team for your help and friendly attitudes (and super reasonable prices!)

My family had an urgent need for fixing a decal during a funeral. The only way we thought of doing this fast in our small time frame was to rush over to the nearest store we thought could help. My sister said this store helped so promptly, and gave us a new decal so fast and was so compassionate to what was happening. Thank you so so much.

Charged $5 to print 2 pieces of paper. At no point did their online service indicate such a cost. I wish the costing and options to come in had been more transparent.

Asked the sales person (not occupied with another task) for vellum paper. She declared to not know what I was talking about. I described it. She did not seek advice from a co-worker or even do a computer search. She simply pointed to an isle and said, “All our paper is there.” Then left me to fend for myself

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Luci for everything she's done to get our wedding welcome sign, table seating cards and name tags printed for our wedding in just a few short weeks. She responded quickly, had great design ideas that matched our wedding look perfectly and was super friendly throughout the entire process. The store reprinted my welcome wedding sign no cost as there was a few imperfections. I am so grateful for the work she has done and can't wait to show it off for our big day.

I recently visited BVB and was super impressed with the level of service I received. The staff (Libby!) was incredibly helpful and patient with me as I navigated the process of self printing. Libby provided clear instructions and even went as far as to teach me how to print exactly what I needed in the way I needed it. She made sure I the final product was 100% to my satisfaction. Favourite print shop! Helpful and friendly. They also have a computer you can use to do your own printing, and a big selection of office supplies. Huge thank you to Libby for making us some stickers for a 40th bday. High quality and so convenient to be able to get a small run.

After spending an hour in the printer area trying to print one page, requesting help and ignored, then asked how long it takes to receive the password, the guy in the printing station made it known I was bothering him and replied can take ten minutes and walks away, after waiting and it still not printing and entering all the information on the printer machine, asked again and given a flippant response from the girl working in the printing station "it's zerox", then told, I should instead use flash drive stick. Then staff asked me if I read the instructions, which I did numerous times and entered the information which kept giving an error response. Turns out their instructions on how to print was not correct, so no matter how many times I read the instructions and re-entered the email and password it would never of worked. The printing staff doesn't want to be bothered by customers, but they feel fine about us driving to their store, all to waste time and treated like a huge bother.
