I read a bunch of the reviews on here and I just had to post my review. I have never really had a bad experience at boxcar bud supply, I can see why other people may have but the reason I keep going back is because of Winter (red hair) always so friendly and happy, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile and the manager Kyle has always been amazing to make customers feel welcome ! The other staff have never been rude to me before. Whenever I go in I am always welcomed like a friend and as much as other people may have had bad experiences I keep going back because of them.

Live in Coaldale, used to love coming here. Supporting local. Probably buy everyday. You can check my last purchase was LITTLE PLEASURES 1/4. WILL NEVER COME BACK. There is a little curly head blonde girl who works a lot of the time and is just unbearable. Worst attitude for a customer service business, regardless of what the product is. I now will drive all the way to Lethbridge to pay the same price just to have better service. She's rude, bad attitude, and didn't even enter my number for membership discount. For the record everyone else in the last 3 years I've been coming here has been great.

had a horrible experience people were very rude according to my age and after showing my id and proving of age she searched my car to make sure i was alone, i wasn’t and demanded she id the people with me after i told her no she mocked me and was disrespectful. after me leaving she sat at the window and started taunting i don’t recommend this dispensary it’s a horrible experience and ruined my day. bonders were 100% crossed telling people to not go here.

Had a very poor vist and I use to like going to bud supply this lady was very very rude to my wife . Asked her to look inside the vehicle to make sure no one else was inside witch put dog was. It was like she was a inconvenience for her for my wife to only buy a 8th. I am very disappointed as I normally go to this place it is very sad that customers get treated like this. I don't know if il be back again

Every time I go in I am treated with a poor attitude from the staff, very rude. Don't seem to know much about any of the products they sell. Will not be going there again.

Best place around. Always a friendly face when you walk in. Jason always has great recommendations, and great conversations. The one time I had spent 50 on a nice half quarter and lost it before going home. So I went back and bought another bag, and told Jason about what happened. The following week when I went in to purchase some more flower Jason pulled out a bag from behind the counter and let us know that he had told the owner Brad what had happened. Brad had replaced the bag I lost with the exact same product. Thank you Jason and Brad for always having "Jedi" like prowess!
