Absolutely love the doctors and have no problem whatsoever with my care from them, but for the (I'm sure hundredth) time as others have stated, reception is disgustingly rude. I have been dealing with an ongoing medical problem for a year now, and ANY time I've had to speak with reception I've been given nothing but attitude. After waiting weeks upon weeks at a time for communication back and forth with the 2 doctors working on my case, I get a call this morning from reception (Stephanie) stating my phone appointment I have been waiting 3+ weeks on needs to be cancelled and rescheduled with no explanation as to why. She asks if I can take a call a few days out, and I politely inform her that I'll unfortunately be out of the country at that time (Thursday-Saturday). She then rudely informs me that I'll then have to wait another 3 weeks for a phone call back, as I'd have to reschedule and "that's the soonest a doctor can call me back". I informed her (politely, and I'd be more than happy to have this clinic pull the call recording to see how grossly rude their reception staff are), that one of the doctors who was looking into a medical management stated she'd get back to me "shortly" about it, has been 3-4 weeks out, and that I now have to wait another 3 weeks to hear from anyone? While stating with absolutely no attitude that I'm not angry/not blaming her/etc.
She proceeded to very rudely state that "she will not be proceeding with booking a call back since "that is not what I am willing to do" (I NEVER stated that I was unwilling to book a callback, I just didn't understand why my call I've been waiting a month for is cancelled and now I have to wait nearly another month), and that she'd "let the doctor know" and will go from there.

I've worked in veterinary reception. I understand people can be exhausting and the job can be emotionally taxing. I was not one bit rude but got nothing but disrespect and attitude for simply asking why I have to wait another 3 weeks for this call. Don't work in the industry if you are going to be so miserable and rude that you can't have a simple conversation with a patient. My god.

The front office staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Dismissive and no compasion. You will not get any kind of decent customer service from this business

Echoing what others have said, the doctors are great, the nurse is great… reception is rude and seem to hate working there. To be fair I’m sure that their jobs are difficult, but I am always perplexed why people stay at jobs they seemingly hate, and why owners who employ them let them represent their business. It’s weird. Anyway, good doctors, good nurse, terrible front office staff.

Knowledgeable doctors, nurses and staff. Always willing to help and their call appointments are great for especially when you cannot go in person. Dr. Bharti Mittal is amazing and so kind and always makes sure to advise you to do your research on medications rather than forcing you to go on a certain medication.

When Dr cross retired, I was not informed. I tried to make an appointment to see his replacement for my job and was told they couldn't make the appointment because I was not a patient there... the receptionists told me they sent papers in the mail I needed to fill out and send back.. they never sent me the papers, I was a patient at that office since 1997 when I was birthed by Dr cross. Now I have no family doctor. Don't waste your time here. THEY LIE!

The Medical Arts Clinic was holding the after hours clinic and no one answered we had 3 people in our house calling for over an hour with no response. Why participate in an after hours clinic if you are not going to answer the phones.

My doctors, Dr. Hotson and Dr. Nairn are amazing. Very attentive. Susan, the nurse practitioner, is the best. So so sweet. I give these ones 5 stars.
The receptionists, on the other hand, are very rude and condescending. Specifically, Cathy and Stephanie. The other reviews say the same. This needs to be addressed. There’s absolutely no room in this world for rude people.

First visit to our new family physician, Dr. Jones. Parking is limited. Newer facilities, great staff. Dr. Jones is terrific. She is patient and attentive. She asked lots of relevant questions and listened to the answers.
