I recently attended a First Aid session at Breath for Life , I must say it was an incredible experience. The instructor, Al, is absolutely amazing—he really knows how to teach the material in a way that is both informative and engaging. The session was well-structured, and I walked away feeling like I had learned a lot. We had our Standard First aid and CPR class today, and I must say both Al and Stuart have great energy and a passion for imparting knowledge in their students. It’s hard to have fun at training, but Dr. E was great. He was fun and I enjoyed the recertification course. Stewart (I believe his name was) was very nice and helpful. I did however find the lady at the front deck to be a little off putting. She was clearly stressed or overwhelmed with the check in process. A smile would be a nice way to start a day of learning. Nonetheless, it was a good experience and I will book my staff for training in the near future

I do my yearly BLS re-certification at Breath for Life and year after year they consistently deliver good courses led by compassionate instructors. Special shout out to Kelly who did an outstanding job on one of the Thursday evening course. I'll recommend Breath for Life to others. Thank you and keep doing what you do best!

Most engaging and impactful Standard First Aid course I’ve ever taken, and I’ve completed plenty from other providers over +25 yrs. I learned so much from Al today. His insightful medical knowledge, depth of experience and comprehensive yet clear instruction helps one understand why First Aid - even the simple measures - could help save a life, be it a loved one or stranger. Though we all hope to never have to use this knowledge IRL, I’m a more confident First Aider than I’ve ever been.

I took my childcare first aid course this past weekend over 2 days. Al, Stewart, Dominique and of course little oreo were so pleasant to be around. Professional, helpful, and fun! I usually get very bored very easily especially having to sit there for hours 2 days in a row, but Al made class so much fun and so interactive that I was actually excited to go the next day!

Will definitely be taking all my first aid classes at this establishment from here on out! Thanks for the awesome experience team!

This was the most informative first aid and CPR class I've taken. The instructor, Al, was kind, hilarious and very intelligent. He brings his own personal experiences into the class room. Honestly, the day just flew by because we were having fun! If you need/want to take a first aid and CPR class you have to go to Breath for Life. You won't be disappointed. Him and his wife do a wonderful job running the place. Thank you Al! I'll be coming back when my certificate expires. I won't go anywhere else now!

Organized a recertification for myself and a few colleagues. Breath for Life provides clear instructions on their website so you know what to bring and expect (e.g., don’t arrive late, indoor shoes, bring past certificate etc.). They went above and beyond to ensure I was able to access my account with the Canadian Red Cross. Al was a very knowledgeable instructor, and kept everyone engaged in the content. I must say this was the most memorable first aid recertification I’ve ever done thanks to Al’s passion. Bring some coffee and buckle in folks, you’re in for a very informative and engaging day.
