I really want to like and attend support programs offered by them. However over the past few months I have had a terrible experience. It took them over three weeks to return my phone call in July to confirm my child’s registration with one of their programs. And recently, even though, I was registered for a program that I planned my child daily routine around and did not receive any information on where the session was being held, I sent them an email the day prior to inquire about it and received zero response again. Very disappointing as it’s already hard enough to get out with a baby and plan meaningful activities for a infant as well

The staff at Bridges here are super amazing. They helped me and my children with various supports in our time of need. I really appreciate all the support and meaningful conversations.

From my experience with them they have done nothing but harm to my child and family. They were invited into our home to help with our autistic child . End result fraud with CRA ! Trauma to my child from coaching trying to put her on welfare in an unfit home . My opinion would be , stay clear of this place .

This place has failed my family. First worker we got, she had zero empathy for our situation and would go on about how great her pregnancy and experience at the hospital was and refuse to answer questions we had. We complained and got a different worker which did not have kids so she was very much by the book, she berated us about a few thing we do that works with our son, give us paper work that we could google and only worked with our son physically once out of the handful of times we saw her, she canceled her last appointment with us before going to her new job. If this service happens to work for you then great thats awesome but they have failed me and my family.
