My daughter has been going to Bright Horizons Childcare for the past few months and I couldn't be happier. I was so nervous for her to go to any daycare at all but she loves it. The workers are so attentive and she gets so excited to see them all. They have been great for giving me recommendations for lunch ideas and snack ideas as I am a first time mom so still learning. It doesn't matter what time I need to pick up (after nap time of course) she is always busy playing with all sorts of toys and doesn't even notice me come in a lot of the time as she is so busy. Highly recommend sending your little ones here. It has made this daycare transition so much easier on me.

We are really happy at this daycare and have been going here for quite a few years. As with any daycare, we have had situations we have had to navigate and feel they were all handled with professionalism and with our child's best interest at heart. I do not believe they play favorites as other have mentioned. The staff are great as are the current directors.

We absolutely love Bright Horizons Spruce Grove! This is the 3rd daycare our family has been a part of since our son was born in 2015 and it is by far the best of the bunch. When we moved to Spruce Grove we toured and interviewed multiple daycares and we are SO HAPPY we went with Bright Horizons. The staff are friendly to the parents and each other, loving to the children, and very communicative. The daily activities are varied and include games, learning, arts and crafts, outdoor time (rooftop patio PLUS playing at the amazing park across the way) and are based on the desires and needs of the children.

Having my children attend Bright Horizons feels like being a part of a family and I love that I am positive my two little ones are being cared for to the highest standards. My son is rambunctious, inquisitive, and outgoing and I feel like the staff embrace his energy while also working with him on things like "listening ears" and using his words. My daughter can have really big "stranger danger" and yet at Bright Horizons she has taken such a liking to the teachers and the environment. Every day when I pick her up she has the biggest smile on her face.

I truly believe the staff at Bright Horizons care about my children as individuals and I couldn't be happier. I've recommended Bright Horizons to anyone that asks and will continue to do so! Thank you to the whole team there!

This place is terrible. Shannon the director is condescending and rude, Kim in the preschool room picks favorites. I had concerns this was happening with our daughter and it was confirmed by other parents. My 3 and a half year old daughter started coming home saying all Kim does is yell at her. If your kid doesn't "fall in line" don't send them here. The only saving grace of this place is Marizel in the preschool room and Tavia in the toddler room. Please save your child and your time and don't send your kid here When we asked our daughter if she wanted to switch daycares she was so excited and couldn't wait to be done. We switched in August and it is like we have a completely different kid bc she is being treated properly. Everytime we drive by this daycare she says how happy she is she doesn't have to go back to that place.

Bright Horizons has been such a wonderful and positive experience for our daughter and us! The staff are so friendly and caring and truly make the experience for our little one so special. The crafts, sensory activities, outdoor adventures, and communication to us about how our daughter's day was truly impresses us and we are very grateful for all that the staff do here. Thank you Bright Horizons Spruce Grove, you have taught our daughter so much and she loves it there!

After attending for a year and half for summer and school breaks (PD days, fall/Xmas/spring breaks) I reminded staff as usual that my daughter would be attending for fall break. I was then informed I had been dropped from their register without having been contacted. Not enough time to find an alternate solution even? Thanks. Not sure it's a big loss - Both summers she had been physically hurt by another child and I had to be the one to tell THEM about it. My daughter is old enough to tell me this place was a huge disappointment for enrichment and supervision compared to her previous daycare. I witnessed it myself during pickup, too, as a child kicked over furniture in a rage and the staff did nothing. If you don't want reliable and safe childcare check these guys out!

My daughter has been at Bright Horizons for almost a year and it was the best decision we ever made. She was previously at dayhomes and ever since going to Bright Horizons she has thrived so much in every aspect of learning and hitting her milestones. She loves going to "school" which makes it so easy to take her there everyday. My daughter loves all the staff, they treat her like their own. Very happy with our decision and plan to be there for many years.

This is the best daycare my son has been to. The ladies there are so intelligent, caring, and patient. The director is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they are very good at keeping you informed about your child. They are always doing fun and educational things with the kids, and lots of outside time. I would recommend this daycare to anyone!
