This was my first time visiting Bumper to Bumper in Duncan, and I was genuinely impressed. I called ahead about a new caliper for my truck and was quoted a great price on a refurbished part. When I arrived, JC helped me out and went above and beyond. He found me a brand-new part for just $1 more We double-checked to make sure it matched, and he even walked me through the installation process. JC was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He also provided a quote for a future repair. Outstanding service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend

They were not busy, but still very unfriendly/just plain rude. The guy tried to sell me the most expensive part without offering any options. Lucky for me I know what I am doing and told him There is a cheaper option,which they had in stock along with the other parts. so two stars for having what I needed in stock

Went in this a.m and was advised they did not carry the drive belt I needed. Then went on to direct me a shop that might.

They put in the effort to get you needed parts. Today, I needed a $5.00 part (relay) for my stump grinder. Ed couldn't cross reference the part on the computer but knew they had the part and located it. The part is installed and I can use the machine again, two days sooner than if I ordered the part online.

My experience here is pretty sad, I ordered a part last Monday, 3 days they said & still nothing, shame on this outfit, THANK YOU LORDCO, for the parts, just like they don't care any more.

Every time I shop here there is an issue. The past four times I have gone in, I have had issues. Either an item was not charged to an account properly, I was over charged, or lied to. The last instance I was in, I paid for two items on an account and was told they were both in. When I went in to pick them up, I was only given one item, and when I asked for the second I was told it was not in stock. I told the man that when I placed the order, I was told both parts were in. The man then began to argue with me, even cursing at me. So I left after he said he would order the part, realizing he had charged me for both parts and it was INFACT IN STOCK. We went back and got the part we had paid before, but they still continued the order for the second part. After phoning me to come in and pay for the part, my partner called to say we did not need it, to which he spoke in an incredibly condescending tone towards her, and insisting to speak with me (a man). My advice, take your business elsewhere as these people will lie, scam, and be incredibly rude to you.

Called them for a price on a starter, dealt there for 25 years when Bob had the place then John always gave my company jobber price now it's changed owners, they wanted $203.00 plus taxes for the starter he told me it was mechanic price I perchance it on amazon for $85.00 free delivery.My day's of buying there are over. the starter was brand new.Thank you for responding, the product I purchased on line was as good as the original starter I removed from my truck. Just to let you know the starter I perchance on amazon is still working fine the quality must be good.
