Honestly what’s the point of making an appointment? Needed an oil/filter change and warranty work for a recall, scheduled for 9:30. Left truck and walked into town to grab a coffee. Returned at 12:30 to find truck untouched. They hurriedly put it on the ramp, drained the oil and went for lunch! When I was notified it was finally ready, they had elected to leave the recall work for someone else to do. So 5 hours for an oil change. I won’t be back.

One of my Campervan rentals had a spark plug issue. My renter’s trip was essentially halted because most shops in the area are booked up for weeks in advance. However, I called just before they closed. I got the vehicle towed to them, as they said they could look at it in the morning. Oftentimes other shops will simply brush you aside. However, this Ford dealership is not only very accommodating and helpful to get travelers back on the road, but also extremely friendly and sympathetic to your crisis and problems. They even made room for my renters to sleep in the van when it wasn’t being worked on. They got the van up and running quickly despite their incredibly busy schedule.

I own 7 Ford campervans that I rent out. If I ever have any problems in the jasper-Calgary corridor, this shop will be the first place I will call. Top notch service. Thank you Kelly and team for taking care of my company, my renters, and my Campervan Henry!

Excellent! I came by with a 2010 Dodge Ram in need of a service before taking a trip to BC. Maya was super helpful and able to book me in with less than a days notice. Very knowledgable and talked me through all the services they provide. Once I dropped the car off the team also offered a lift into Canmore town whilst I waited.
