We are incredibly grateful to Cambridge Montessori Children's Centre for the outstanding care and support provided to our son during his transition from our home country to Canada since September last year. Moving to a new country is always challenging, but the warm, nurturing environment created by the teachers here made all the difference.

From the very first day, the staff, especially Ms. Sujin, took the time to understand his unique needs and helped him feel comfortable and welcome. Their patience and encouragement have been invaluable in helping him adapt to a new culture, language, and environment. We’ve seen tremendous growth in his confidence and social skills, and we are so thankful for the positive influence this daycare has had on his development.

Cambridge Montessori Children's Centre has truly become a second home for our son, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and dedication of the team. We highly recommend them to any family looking for a supportive, nurturing environment for their child.

While this school has core Montessori values at the heart of its business, this program is NOT for children with high energy. The ideal child for this program can sit still independently and play quietly without disrupting others.
This was our first exposure to any daycare setting. Our child is typical energetic three year old, and extremely social. Our child tried gradual entry for six weeks at the request of the teachers. We attended an in person meeting to create a plan when issues arose. We spoke to the owner on the phone often. I was called to pick up my child at noon all but two days, as he was 'disrupting the other children' or they "did not have adequate staff to watch him if he did not nap" despite other children not napping as well. One teacher even took photos of our child 'misbehaving" to show me during pick up- something that also made me feel uncomfortable as I would have just accepted their word for it. After six weeks of gradual entry, the owner had suggested another daycare multiple times. She said they could not accommodate us if our child would not nap as they could not keep their 1:8 ratio. We had enough. Our child is three years old and thriving- we did not want him in an environment that would not encourage and enrich his life.

We should have read the other reviews about high energy kids before starting him here, so we would not have wasted our time.

Time flies, we have been in Cambridge Montessori for 2.5 years already. I still remembered the day we went tour with Ms Joyce. She is very nice, answering all kind of question we asked. And we are so happy to have Miss Sujin and Miss Amy as the class teachers. They are kind and answered all our questions and provided constructive comments for us helping our kid to grow.

Everyone told me that all daycare just have fun, not to expect your kids would learn anything from them. But turn out these 2.5 years in Cambridge, my son just like what he learnt from school as a caterpillar to a butterfly. I was amazed by what he learnt from school. From a little dependent boy to now can handle all the things himself. He learnt to take care himself by eating on his own, wearing jacket and carrying backpack by himself, holding the pencil correctly even better than me, writing his name in both upper and lower case, understanding the world by knowing continents and some countries, and for mathematics not even just counting to hundreds but started addition and even recently introducing multiplication and fraction.

I am so grateful that my son can be one of students there. Even though we moved to Langley we didn’t change the day care. It definitely the best choice we ever made. Everyone also surprised we live in Langley but daycare in New west. Actually a good day care with nice teacher is not easy to have. It definitely worth doing so. I would like to take this opportunities to thanks Ms Joyce, Ms Sujin and Ms Amy for their caring and support throughout these years. My son is now fully equipped and ready to face any challenges in kindergartens. Thank you , Cambridge Montessori , you are not just a daycare, is a place for kids to start their chapter.

This was my daughter's first kindergarten in Canada, and she had a wonderful six months here.
She made new friends and has fond memories of every teacher, including Ms Joyce, Ms Susanna, Ms Young, and the others.
They are all exceptional educators, and we are truly grateful for the care and guidance they provided.

I can hardly believe how quickly time has flown by since my daughter first joined Cambridge Montessori's daycare New West location . As my little one prepares to step into kindergarten, I find myself reminiscing about the past 3 and a half years of wonderful experiences we've had here.

Our journey with Cambridge Montessori began in a slightly unexpected way. Initially, I had planned to enroll my older daughter, but a sudden family emergency happened just before her start date led us in a different direction. When I explained the situation to Ms. Joyce, the owner, she displayed an incredible level of empathy and understanding. Not only did she promptly refund the deposit, minus a reasonable admin fee, but she also showed that this daycare values more than just business—it values families.

Not long after, I enrolled my younger daughter, and it was a decision I'll forever be grateful for. Over the past two years, my younger one has absorbed qualities like kindness, care, manners, and independence, thanks to the dedicated teachers at Cambridge Montessori. They've not only nurtured her confidence and problem-solving skills but also provided her with an education that encompasses everything from science and math to language and music. I've had the opportunity to compare her achievements with those of my older daughter, who attends kindergarten, and I'm astounded by the parity in their progress.

I'm immensely appreciative of Ms. Joyce, Ms. Sujin, Ms. Amy, Ms. Susanna, and the entire Cambridge Montessori team. Their unwavering commitment to my daughter's well-being and growth has been heartwarming. Thanks to their exceptional care and guidance, my daughter is now well-prepared to take on the challenges of kindergarten.

As we saying goodbye to this remarkable daycare, I can't help but reflect on the incredible memories and positive impact it has had on my child's formative years. Thank you, Cambridge Montessori, for being more than just an educational institution—it's been a place of compassion, learning, and growth.

My daughter came to Cambridge Montessori when she was 2.5 years old and I couldn’t have been happier with how our experience was at the New West location. The teachers are all super caring and Hana still talks about them today (she’s now 5). It was a great place for her first daycare experience. All the teachers showed so much care and compassion to her and I would highly recommend it to others.

My son has been in this daycare for the last two years. I can't say enough thank you to all the teachers, including Ms. Joyce, Ms. Susanna, Ms. Michelle and all other teachers for your great care. You always meet my son with great smiles and open arms.

You are all so wonderful and work so hard each day to make a positive impact. My son always brings home his craft and other learning materials used in the class. He has learnt so much in the last two years.

He likes all the teachers and also made so many friends there. He is leaving to elementary soon and he will miss all the teachers and friends there.
