She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable and talented, but she truly cares about her students. You can tell she wants you to succeed not just in school, but in the real world too. Michelle created such a positive and encouraging environment in class. She was patient, supportive, and always made time to help me whenever I needed guidance, whether it was with techniques, theory, or just a confidence boost. She pushed me to do my best while still being understanding and kind. That balance is rare.
What really stood out to me was how much passion she brings to teaching and how much pride she takes in her students’ progress. Michelle made learning fun, but also kept it real and professional. I left this program feeling confident and prepared because of her.

I can’t thank Jasmina, Anna, Alex, and Nicole enough for helping me feel beautiful again. I walked in with a BIG task—going from dark black-brown hair to a gorgeous blonde—and they absolutely nailed it! These ladies are nothing short of miracle workers.

Their teamwork, expertise, and care made the whole process feel effortless. They took the time to ensure every detail was perfect, and their incredible talent brought my vision to life. I truly felt like I was in the best hands the entire time.

A special shoutout to Michelle for her kindness and efficiency in getting me an appointment so quickly. Without her, none of this would’ve been possible.

The students provide good service but are still in training. The prices on the website are outdated and you'll likely pay more in person. If I had known, I would have chosen a closer salon with better quality. The paint job doesn't match the price, which is why I booked, expecting student pricing. They should update their website to avoid misleading customers.

I am absolutely OBSESSED with my new hair color! The service was top-notch, and the attention to detail was impressive.

The color itself is stunning! The Senior stylist Michelle listened to my concerns and desires, and worked magic to create a custom shade that exceeded my expectations. This wouldn't have been possible without Simran and Megan doing their magic. Explaining to me details of the steps and being so welcoming and comforting me every now and than making sure everything is good. Also I had virgin hair and getting coloured for the first time I was very nervous on how it would turn out. Honestly it was beyond my expectations. I love it, Thanks to the whole team. The application process was seamless, and the after-care instructions were clear and helpful.

I've received countless compliments on my new look, and I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a reliable, talented, and customer-focused salon, look no further than here. I'll definitely be back!

I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher than Michelle. She is truly the best, you can tell she cares deeply about each and every student. She goes above and beyond to make sure you understand what you're learning and feel confident in your skills. No matter what, she’s there to help, encourage, and guide you every step of the way. She gives her all every single day, and it show, not just in how she teaches, but in how much she believes in her students. She’s the sweetest person you’ll ever meet, her positive attitude, patience, and kindness make a huge difference in the classroom and creates such a supportive learning environment. I’m so grateful to have had her as my instructor!

I just graduated from CBC Mississauga campus for Makeup Artistry Diploma. It took a while getting to this point due to personal health reasons but I am very happy about my experience. First I’ll like to thank the school for showing me kindness and keeping a spot for me while I got my health back. Second of all I’m sooo grateful and happy with Melissa our teacher. She really helped me rediscover my passion for makeup. She was/is very knowledgeable about the beauty industry and you can tell from the way that she taught that she loves doing what she does. I had a lovely time learning under her and I would advise that anyone should try to get into her class. I graduated from Canadian Beauty College last week, and I really enjoyed the hair program. My teacher, Michelle Graci, is by far the best teacher I’ve had. She’s attentive to every student even when there’s a big class and she made school feel like a safe space for me. She always greeted us with a smile every morning, which made the atmosphere so welcoming. When I started I had very little experience with hair and even less confidence in myself. But she was always able to answer my questions and never made me feel bad for asking them. She was always respectful of my anxiety towards working with clients, but she also gave me a push when she knew I was ready. Because of that push I ended up working with some really amazing clients and actually completed work that I felt proud of. Regardless of how much experience you have, Michelle is able to teach every student something new. While no program will teach you everything about hair, I left with so much more knowledge and confidence than before I started. Michelle made me fall in love with hairstyling and I know I’ll never forget my experiences here as I work to become a professional stylist.

Found out this school offers tattoo removal service. I called and was told that I have to speak to someone named Michelle. She called me back a day later & started asking me questions on the phone. One of the questions was if I knew my skin type. I asked what was that and what did that mean as I had never been asked that by a tattoo removalist before. She asked me what my race was and then presumed I was extremely dark skinned without even asking me what color my skin is. She then proceeded to tell me my skin type without even seeing me and telling me they cannot treat me. I asked her how can she determine that without even seeing me and my skin or my color and she just said they can't treat me because based on my ethnicity and that she doesn't want me to come in for a consultation because it will waste a trip. I was confused again asked her how was she able to determine that without seeing me.
I was absolutely disgusted as I've never been treated like that before for my previous tattoo removals!!
