Useless college, all they are just after is students money, they kept exploiting international students

Why is this college asking for last 4 digit of payment card, 3 digit authorize number and a photo ID, name and address to verify a visa made payment?
I m have emailed and called them several times and no answer.

Why must you verify a card payment? I will like to see your protection and privacy policy.

Hmmmm
I've written their MSA test and the results is green (pass). But reading through the comments here has got me scared to proceed with the admission process considering this complains about the college not responding to mails and calls after payment of LOA for further information.
Why should the college change the admission correspondent along the line?

Why must you verify a card payment with a payer ID after you received the payment? You do not have the rights to collect and store payers credit card details and their personal ID's. I will like to see your protection and privacy policy.
