I was so impressed by the knowledge and understanding and experience of the instructor as well as his very calm and relaxed demeanor. He provided real life examples of his own to aid in our understanding of how to utilize the skills that we were learning. The atmosphere was very welcoming, warm and clean and the coffee options were fantastic. I felt really comfortable at this location and with my instructor. I learned far more at this training session than I have in any other training session I've been to in regards to CPR and first aid. I feel very fortunate to have been a part of this training as I took home much more meaningful and necessary information than I expected to. If I were ever to recommend somewhere to go for first aid, first aid, CPR, AED training etc. This would be the place, thumbs up all the way around. Thank you for making this such a great experience.

I feel truly fortunate to have attended the first aid course taught by Mr. Precious, who is 94 years old and absolutely brilliant. His sense of humor and engaging teaching style made it easy to remember all the key concepts in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. The gentleman at the front desk was also incredibly kind and welcoming. I was deeply moved by the spirit of the Red Cross—humanity, compassion, and dedication. This experience not only equipped me with life-saving skills, but also inspired me on a personal level. Thank you to everyone involved!

I just completed the one day Level C & AED training with Vince Davis. I have to say this was the best training I have ever received. Vince's style of instruction was clear, concise and extremely relevant. He sprinkled in enough humour and personal, but relevant experience in the field so that he kept our attention and engagement. He also stressed who important our role as Emergency First Aiders was, which made me take this much more seriously. I highly recommend this course and this particular instructor, Vince Davis. *the cappuccino from the coffee bar was a tremendous treat for me!!!
God Bless you

I recently did my training. I took the blended version of the course so I did a full 6-8 hour day of in person training and my instructor was awesome Mr.precious. He made it enjoyable and fun and it made the day go by quicker than I expected . Highly recommend taking a course with him he cracks jokes the whole day and is very helpful and hands on all while still staying on topic and getting everything done efficiently.

Took a 2 day course this past weekend. It was a wonderful expiring! I feel much more prepared to offer first-aid and the staff was great. The instructor gave clear and simple instructions, he also insured a good learning atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and participating in conversation. In addition, they had complementary coffee available.

Vincent is very kind and helpful also his classes are very interesting because he gives examples of everything he’s teaching with real life stories,I’m grateful that I had the chance to experience the class and learn so much. Thank you for the beverages as well, I had hot chocolate, chocolate milk and green tea after my lunch. I’m very happy and fulfilled, thanks again.
