Excellent service. I big ‘shout out’ to the team who assisted me with my order and helped process it quickly and efficiently, making an effort to get it out before a long weekend.

I was provided three main suppliers in Canada - Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario. I spoke to each about product recommendations, available inventory, shipping method/timing etc and CHER ticked all three boxes. I know that I cannot expect these warehouses to move at an 'Amazon Prime' pace, but the Ontario supplier’s shipping was so slow that they were not going to process my order until 6 days after it was placed (leaving 5 more days to ship via Canada Post for a total of 11 days) so I canceled it and placed the same order with CHER, which promised my order would go out the next day and arrive at my door in 3 days time. CHER really stepped up and I appreciate it. Thank you !

First time ordering from them. Was disappointed they weren't willing to return my items/ change my order even though it was only a couple hours after placing my order when I called... Will go back to shopping at learninghouse.ca next time as I've never had a problem changing an order with them.
