Accueil efficace et aimable au téléphone et à l'arrivée. Bâtiment sans charme en sortie de ville. Chambre spacieuse, plus que la salle de bain. Lit excellent. Petit déjeuner standard au bon sens du terme, dit autrement buffet canadien et non café et deux croissants industriels. Rien de négatif, rien d'exceptionnel.

Pas de quoi se restaurer si ce n'est un frigo de surgelé. Sans âme. Propre mais sans plus. Largement en dehors de la ville. Je pense qu'il y a beaucoup mieux comme endroit pour dormir sur ce site, du moins je l'espère... Un motel sur plusieurs niveaux !!!

I stayed in Canalta, Lac la Biche loaction. The place is really nice, quite and clean. The ambiance is really cool and give a premium look. The room is spacious with all kind of amenities. It smells so fresh when you enter the room. I really like this place and want to come again and again to the hotel.

Very good hotel. Staff was helpful. Crib was provided. Hotel breakfast was great. Having waffles for breakfast is the best. Eggs sausage. The usual stuff, juices, coffee , tea . The hotel has no pool but it has a big hot tub and sauna a very well equipped gym too. Room was good very accessible for parking if ur on the lower level.

Check in was easy, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was great. Breakfast the next day was very good and checkout was smooth. No issues. Would certainly stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Canalta Hotel from a Friday to Sunday recently. The entire hotel, including our room, was very clean. The breakfast was better than we had expected, with lots of options (eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, waffles, baking, fruit, etc.). I was surprised that they had gluten free bread available - that was considerate and very appreciated. The hotel was quiet while we were there, which was great. And lastly, all the hotel staff were incredibly pleasant and kind to those of us staying there. Thank you!

The room was well appointed and clean. The bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet, not once did we hear noise coming from other rooms. The hot breakfast had a good variety and was a good way to start the day.
The BEST part of our stay was the Staff. They were smiling, pleasant, helpful and went out of their way to help in any way they could. They were excellent stewards of Lac La Biche
