We had a wonderful stay at the Canalta this weekend. We are a family of five and also have a dog. They were very accommodating and also allowed my parents to stay with us. We received a two-bedroom suite with two king beds and a pull-out sofa; they also brought in a cot. |The breakfast was great, had everything you needed.|My kids had much fun in the pool and loved the waterslide. The hot tub was down due to maintenance, which wasn't a big deal for us. I had a great time and had WONDERFUL service!

We used the meeting room to host a baby shower. The room met our needs beautifully and the staff were amazing. Very helpful and accommodating when we forgot a couple things. Will definitely use it again in the future!!

I had an impromptu trip to Rocky Moutain House Alberta, last week. We got a room for 2 nights at Canalta Hotel and was very very pleased overall. Walking into the hotel we were greated with a smile, she checked us in quickly. The room was very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally great with a wide variety and very yummy. The gym pool and hottub were clean warm and relaxing.
I can't wait to come back and stay again.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, and the front desk staff were amazing—extremely accommodating and making sure our room was fully equipped for accessibility, including a shower chair for my cousin’s use. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.||We booked the room with three double beds, which was perfect since we each had our own bed. The room had a Keurig single-serve coffee machine, so we stopped by Safeway to grab extra coffee for the morning. They also provided sugar, Coffee-Mate, and a small bar fridge.||The hotel was clean and quiet, and in the morning, they offered a well-stocked breakfast buffet. It included sausage, scrambled eggs, toast, waffles with all the toppings, along with hot chocolate, tea, coffee, and various juices.

Hotel, room, cleanliness and staff were all good. We picked this hotel so my kids could go to the pool and slide the next morning before we left. The pool is supposed to open at 8:00am. The staff were doing water testing and adjusting until 8:45am so my kids missed 45 minutes of pool time that I feel like we paid for. Please have staff finish checking the water and adjusting before 8am

I have been staying here for the past month for work and all of the staff has been so wonderful. The breakfasts are great and the staff are extremely attentive. Since I’m here they have memorized my name and made me feel like I’m in a home away from home. Would stay here every time I come to RMH in the future.

Stayed overnight in Rocky at the Canalta hotel and would highly recommend it. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub though they looked inviting. The breakfast buffet was excellent with varied seating available.
Check-in stuff was courteous and efficient; the buffet server was also really prudent and kept the kitchen area so clean.

Hotel was clean, spacious and welcoming. The kids LOVED the waterslide and pool area. The slide was SUPER fast. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Kitchens are stocked with all that you need. Close to restaurants. will be sure to stay here again!
