I used to go to this store all the time. This afternoon (March 25th) I went in to buy a vape. Their POS machine was having issues. I tried repeatedly and the cashier started scolding me, telling me I was too impatient. Told her I didn't come to get scolded like that. She then told me to go somewhere else if I didn't like it. I always had great service there. But because of this woman working there this afternoon, I will never go there again. I am a local that works in hospitality and I will be sharing this story with everyone I know here and every customer that asks about a convenience store.

The stores nice and clean, but I did want to second a review to not eat the frozen pizzas here. We had one and caused horrible stomach cramps for me as well.

Don’t buy your pizza here …. We bought two pizzas, one came out with a layer of ice, and we had stomach cramps for two days after eating it. The other one we did not dare to eat, it didn’t have an expiry date, and it tasted and smelled weird.

It's expensive and customer service is so, so, but there's not much of other choices in Canmore. Happy to say, this location is really clean.

Very poor customer service. I go here everyday to buy cigarettes and energy drinks but the few times that I forgot my ID they wouldn’t sell me cigarettes. The cashiers literally see me everyday and sell me the same cigarettes everyday, that’s just rude to not sell them to me when you know for a fact that I buy them nearly everyday. Now I have to go back to work with no smoke break. Thanks !!! Maybe try being nice people and not being negative passive aggressive guests in my country. Also maybe lose weight and get a hobby and you won’t look like a zombie.

The first time I shopped here, I noticed they did not display any prices. When I asked the clerk about it, he said it was only temporary. When I went back a month later, there were still no prices displayed for any items. Sneaky business practice in my opinion. Will not return and support this business.

Overpriced but I have a discount card for 10%. The clerk looks at it, inspects the expiration date, and then forgets to apply the discount. When I bring it up, he apologizes but in a dismissive manner not a corrective one.

Great selection! I went here twice and the worker the first night was wearing airpods...doesn’t exactly scream approachable. But the worker the second night was extremely friendly.
