11 months ago, I started my dance journey with Maxwell, and it has been a fantastic experience! Max is an incredibly patient and enthusiastic instructor. I had never danced before but always wanted to try Salsa. He kindly directed me towards Bachata, as it is an easier dance style to learn. Once I felt more comfortable, he suggested I begin learning Salsa.

Although it wasn't easy to learn the steps and especially to follow, with the weekly encouragement from Megan and Maxwell, I stuck with it, and I am so happy I did.

The class atmosphere is welcoming and supportive. The other dancers are kind and make you feel comfortable. I truly feel a sense of accomplishment by the end of each class. I highly recommend his class to anyone looking to have fun and learn some new moves!

Years ago, I had a condition that most doctors couldn't fix: two left feet. Then, I met Maxwell and Megan. In their lessons, we learned how to dance and some music facts. Plus, Maxwell and Megan create a fun environment where the dance community is respectful to everyone and free of judgment. With that, why are you still sitting down? Come dance with us!

I always look forward to going to classes, the atmosphere is vibrant and the people are awesome. Maxwell is a talented instructor, great for all levels and has some superb one liners to keep you laughing. Classes are very welcoming, people are friendly and a lot of us hang out after classes. It seems like he has an endless supply of salsa/bachata material to teach us keeping it interesting and increasingly challenging as you progress. If you are interested in learning how to dance Bachata or Salsa, then I would highly recommend taking dance classes with Max. Max's classes are fun and can be challenging if you want to proceed at an advanced level. I appreciate a Latin American instructor who not only teaches the origin of the dances but can also teach you the intricate movements, styles and steps of each respective dance. Max is super knowledgeable and approachable which is awesome for someone who is interested and willing to learn. Also, the environment he has set, has allowed for his classes to be social and comfortable for every level (begginer, intermediate and advanced) which makes the studio and dance classes enjoyable while you practice and learn.

The classes are always vibrant and fun, filled with energy and laughter. There is a supportive community where students can connect and learn from each other and I’ve made great friends along the way!

Maxwell teaches the salsa and bachata specifics with great details which is easy to learn and excel. He has a wealth of experience in dancing and improving social dancing skills. Always fun to go, and make new friends.

I love Maxwell’s classes. They’re fun, welcoming and you’ll learn fast. No problem if you go alone without a partner, there’s a circle of turns for partnering up. Plus you create friends along the way. Can’t wait to go back to classes this fall.
