Told Dr. Claydon I could tell my anemia was getting bad again. He told me I’m stupid and don’t know my body. He called me later that week saying my iron was good. 2 weeks later the receptionist called me saying my iron was actually very low. Dr. Claydon is such a rude person too

Not much good to say about this place. Have been sick since the beginning of October and now it’s almost the end of January. Dr clayden has told me that I would get my ct scan results within a week and it’s now been 3 weeks with no call no letter in the mail no nothing. He also told me that my constant nausea was most likely stress related and not a problem. Had my mother not have said to him to get me more testing done he would have sent me home with no more testing. Unreal. They don’t care at all. Stay far away from this place I will never use their services again.

I have had nothing but good experiences at this clinic. The doctors and staff are very caring, friendly and accommodating. They have helped me through many health challenges over the last several years. I highly recommend.

Booked a appointment for 1:10 p.m to see Dr. Engel. Showed up at 1:00 and waited until 20 after he was a no show. Rebooked appointment for two weeks later for 1:10 pm (he is in clinic..I say that loosely, every two weeks) showed up at 5 after and at 15 after he was a no show...he texted reception stating he would be 10 mins more late. I left. Now I would understand if he was with a patient but he was on lunch...sorry but my time is worth more as well. Maybe he should learn to pack a lunch, or maybe not book appointments until 1:30 when he might be able to make it in. If you are looking for a compassionate clinic this is not the one.
