Your questions are getting really stupid this past 8 months. Requiring drivers to memorize statutes by their NUMBER instead of us knowing what we actually need to know. I shouldn't have to know if the statute is 49 CFR § 396.13 or whatever. I should just have to know the context of the material. I'm not a lawyer. I don't need to cite law by number. It's stupid. But that's not even the most annoying part. Not only do you make us learn this bullshit. But you also can't even get the content correct!

The question for May's test was what statute is responsible for making sure that drivers pre trip their vehicle. And you guys claim it was statute 49 CFR § 392. You even put it in the video. It's incorrect. A quick google search will show that it's actually 49 CFR § 396.13 and you guys are dumb. Stop wasting my time with this stupidity. Learn the material if you are going to shove it down our throats. I wouldn't pay you a dime if I had a corporation.

The app constantly freezes. Sometimes you wont get past the instruction screen, & other times you get stuck in the middle of the course. Ive re-started the same courses over 20 times. I am going to do everything i can to get my employer to do away with this horrible app

Recently I was hurt in an at work injury. I called Carriers Edge at seeing what is required to sign up for a course, and I was given a couple of courses free of charge to replace the program I had wished to sign up for. As I'm still off, I called back, and have subsequently been signed up again. What a great service for companies and drivers alike to get more beneficial training for their careers in transportation.
