I had a great experience getting my car repaired by IMRAN at CARSTAR… From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very honest about what needed to be done. He took the time to explain the issues clearly. The repair was done quickly and my car is looks good as new.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and pride in his work. It’s clear he genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure his customers are happy. Very disappointed. After a collision my car had significant alignment issues that had it pulling to the side with highway driving. I told this to multiple employees at CarStar when arranging dropoff, yet the shop allowed the insurance company to decline the alignment as part of the repair because there was “no evidence of direct impact to the wheel.” Just by looking at the car you can see that the affected wheel is turned inwards.

They did not complete my car on schedule despite having it for over 2 months and knowing that I had a move to another city scheduled the week after the projected completion. They also used aftermarket parts that do not align well.

I probably wouldn’t have bothered leaving a review, but the icing on the cake was that after not calling to follow up on my voiced concerns, CarStar sent an automated text today asking me to rate them 5 stars on Google. I’ll be generous and give them 2 stars as the body work seems mostly fine, the car was clean, and the employees were kind and pleasant to deal with.

Our moonroof shattered and insurance gave us to options that direct bill. We went with CARSTAR and I’m SO HAPPY we did! First off, the staff were so amazing, kind and helpful during the whole process! Like A+ service from all the amazing staff working there. They made everything so easy and stress free. When we got our truck back, it had been thoroughly cleaned!!! It’s 6 years old and it felt brand new! We are so excited to have our truck back in such amazing condition. It’s so appreciated! You guys are awesome! If ever we need services for our truck again, we will be heading to carstar fort Mcmurray!! Thank you so much!!!

I had an accident in my pickup and it was the first accident that I have ever had with my 35 year driving record. The process was so easy even with going through insurance, they even booked my rental vehicle for me. The staff were very polite and answered any questions I had with the process. The repairs were completed on time And we're flawless. The interior of my truck was a total mess and never required any repairs but they detailed the interior which are very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend anybody needing repairs to their vehicle to the carstar team.

We recently had my 2021 Buick Encore GX repaired at CARSTAR Autobody following an accident. It took for four months to repair, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The backup camera, which functioned correctly before the accident, now displays the license plate on the screen—a significant issue that compromises safety and was not present previously.

Despite bringing the car back thrice to address this concern, I was repeatedly told that this configuration is "normal." After escalating the issue to the manager, they argued that all Buick Encore 2021 GX models have this issue, which I know is incorrect based on my experience before the repair. Eventually, the manager admitted that the backup camera was not properly checked or replaced during the repair process.

This lack of accountability and refusal to resolve the issue is
disappointing. The improper placement of the backup camera not only diminishes its functionality but also poses a safety concern. I expected fair treatment and quality service, but instead, I encountered dismissive behavior and an unwillingness to rectify their mistake.

The manager's demeanor came across as arrogant, which made communication challenging and left me feeling unvalued as a customer. This unprofessional attitude significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the service provided.

As a result, I would not feel comfortable recommending this location to any of my friends or family. I hope this feedback highlights the need for better customer care and accountability at CARSTAR Autobody.
