Carstar Okotoks is a great business to deal with. The only complaint I have is how long the wait time was for getting my vehicle in for it's repair. And yes I do realize there is nothing that could have been done. Once the vehicle was handed over to Carstar it was treated very well. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the extra effort that was put in to getting it ready in a very timely fashion. I was so impressed with how clean the interior was even though it was the exterior being repaired. It was like getting into a brand new vehicle. The process was easy and the staff I had to communicate with were wonderful. I would recommend any car body repairs be done at this business.

Quality repair, completed within expected timeline and a nice wash/detail to complete the transaction. One thing of note is that after getting my car back, my hood emblem was not replaced nor noted anywhere on the invoice. I called in to inquire only to find out that (tech did not disclose to service advisors) it was a single use emblem and that it would be my responsibility to purchase and replace but they would put it on for "free"? While only $65, making it my problem after the fact on a $1,250 minor repair was disappointing. Otherwise would have been 5 stars !

The front office staff (men and women) were an absolute pleasure to deal with! I found their knowledge about their service that a customer may seek was given openly and without hesitation. I was very impressed with the work done at the CarStar location in Okotoks. The gentleman that looked over my car and wrote up the quote was very friendly and answered all my questions.
When I went to pick up the car I was beyond happy with the quality of the work and the bill was exactly as the quote had been. I would recommend this body shop to anyone looking to get their vehicle fixed or painted.
