Went in to ask about a loader problem. Manager looked miserable and wouldn’t help me because I didn’t buy my machine there. Didn’t consider me a customer. Also was berating his employees right in front of customers. Please go somewhere more professional

We have been dealing with Casselman Bobcat for 10+ years and buy a new bobcat every 2 years. Marc, Pier and Dan have always been fair and good guys to deal with and when we have a service issue they bend over backwards to get things looked after. Great family run company! Congrats on your new location in Carp!!

Service department is a joke. Paul lies like a rug and tells you what you wanna hear. Went in for a simple job that takes 2 to 3 hours and got written a 18 hour bill because his mechanic didn’t know much about gas powered engines? They held my machine till I paid them the $2800.00 for a simple carburetor overhaul and install of choke cable. I never felt so ripped off in my life leaving this store. Dan the owner was extremely unprofessional and needs to learn a thing or two about customer service.

Owner is rude and condescending! I went in to ask a question about some machinery I own and was mocked by him about my lack of knowledge on the subject and refused to help me because I did not purchase the machinery from that location!
I will not be returning!

Disappointed in the lack of service. Waited 7 weeks for my new machine when I was told it would be 2-3.
Then radio was not installed at factory and it’s been 4 weeks and still no radio.
Seal on boom cylinder has leaked from day one. Ordered breaker point for HB680 end up driving to Cornwall location to pick up as they could not install radio, replace seal and deliver breaker for a week. Got to dealership and breaker point was a different price then quoted.

Was told I would get exceptional service after a bad experience at Bobcat of Gatineau. What do you think? Good or bad service?

The only thing worse than their prices is their service, i bought a new bobcat from Gatineau for 25% less. Every time we get our machines serviced it takes twice the amount of time quoted and it comes back with new issues. we have 2 machines that we like but based on the horrible service I wish we went to manitou
