This is long overdue and every time we visit I promise I will leave a review because we love Cedar + Sage Spa so much. We are regular visitors of the spa. We discovered it shortly after they opened and have been visiting for around 10 years now. Every visit gets even better. Amie and her team have created a space that feels not only like coming home, but instantly relaxes you the moment you arrive. From the curated essential oil blends used (and diffused), to the customized tea that is served pre/post treatments and the hot towels recently added, (which are incredible). This spa is the a magical space that has the most incredible vibe. It’s not a trip to Banff for us, without a spa day (or several) at Cedar + Sage. We love a good deep tissue/therapeutic massage and can’t say enough about the therapists. We have had many visits over the years with Alana, Jen, Nicole, Danielle, Irene, Aaron and Martin (I’m sorry because I’m sure I’ve missed a few). Each one has their own unique and excellent technique. We recommend and send so many people to the spa because it is so wonderful. Thank you all for always going above and beyond for us, for recognizing all the special occasions we are celebrating and for always making us feel so welcome and at home! Can’t wait to see you in August. 🥰

This was our 2nd experience with a couples massage and each time I don’t think the last could be topped and it is. The atmosphere lends to a peaceful and holistic space that is inviting and comfortable, not uppity or limited. The decor is spot on, enchanting and warm. Now, our RMT’s… brilliant. They nailed it and were so personable by following our lead with needs and tonality. Beautiful experience and highly, HIGHLY recommend for anyone. You seriously cannot go wrong at Cedar and Sage

I have had many massages over the years… this one was by far my favourite! The facial was equally soooo amazing!!!! I had only had one facial many years ago but this one make me want more!!! I will def be coming back again to Cedar and Sage!!!

I usually don’t leave reviews since getting massages is part of my routine, but I just had to for this place.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the waiting area was so cozy and beautifully designed.

The massage itself was absolutely amazing. I had my session with ‘Alana’, and she was incredible—perfect pressure, a precise understanding of where I was tense and needed work, and flawless technique throughout the session.

It was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve tried massage shops in Banff and Canmore, and this one is by far the best. Highly recommend checking it out!

My message therapist Joyce was great. I got a 90 minute deep tissue and she was really good about asking what pressure was preferred and adjusting. My husband also got a facial with the scalp oil treatment and said it was great.
