They share their vast expertise through deep, powerful teachings in which we explore all aspects of being through learning, discussing and experiencing.Recordings are available for those days when real time attendance is not possible, offering the opportunity to practice in between classes too.

The lovely online community of regulars includes local and international students, practitioners and therapists; a true testimony to these masterful teachers and transformative classes. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Yoga Therapy is life changing. I attended 11 classes over 3 months. My body and mind are feeling amazing, the energy of both instructors is a true genuine gift to all they teach. I feel so fortunate to have found yoga therapy and learn techniques to heal my own neck & back pain and to get relief from a lifetime of TMJ pain. Yoga therapy has immediate benefits and can work for any fitness level. This class subconsciously made me carve out time for self care.
