When, I was registering for ADAPT training course, I was getting a message again and again on their official site that an error occurred please try again or use different payment method. So I tried 6 times repeatedly and got the same message each time. And When I checked my bank account app it was showing that 6 times the payment has been approved of which screenshots have been attached. And Nobody is there to listen concern on their given contact number. Management should make It correct otherwise people will get loose there hard earned money. I also request to refund my money around $950.

I am trying to go through the training, but as soon as I fill my information and proceed to the payment info, an error occurred saying 'inaccurate payment method'. I saw another guy on this page facing same problem. ILRC replied to that guy that it might be because of wrong address. If this is the case then why I am facing the same problem as I am living in the same address from last more than 5 years.

I called to reach ILRC many times, but the system won't connect to the customer service or a secretary. Thus, I decided to come in person, but still I couldn't find anyone in the office at working hours. So weird. The security person told me they left few hours ago. But it was working hour as per their ad. It was so hard to register online for the training too. It is better is they try to make it easier for their customers and good if they put a notice when they are not working.

The lady at the front help desk "Caroline" was no help at all. She didn't not know where to find informational sheets for programs or the basic protocol for program registration or information that's needed for registration, she just gave us consultant contact cards that's it. Me and my employment counsellor went to this place TWICE in one day to register for a training, and the consultant "Patrick" was not around. BOTH times we went, and each time we came into the building it was like "Caroline" had a smirk on her face, she literally just said "I already gave you his card" or "Sorry I can't help you, you'd have to speak with Patrick" and when I asked for her name is was like she got offended, You think they would hire more knowledgeable people to work the front HELP desk, all I wanted to do was register for training.

This institute does not know what are they saying. I was told that I could pay my registration fees on the training day but now they are not letting me. And upon that the website does not even work properly. I am really disappointed in the customer service of the center.

Have knowledge of this store and use it regularly. Have great stock dream catchers, chians, earings,, insense and insense holders, mixed rocks and many other great things to fit into your home. Thumbs up for me
