the nurses here are cold rude and refuse to listen to their patients. i have been ignored multiple times when telling them exactly what i need, they cut me off and pretend they don't hear me. this hospital genuinely needs an inspection because the way the nurses treat their patients is despicable. When im in pain i try to wait till after 8 when their er closes so that they will take me to steinbach where they give me the care i need instead of gaslighting me about my physical pain

Dr. Osayi Cindy Eronmwon and staff were extremely helpful and understanding. The compassion from herself and the nurses who helped me was above and beyond my expectations. They made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation and put my health first. I felt like no matter what happened I was in good hands. Dr. Eronmwon put in the extra care by giving me reassurance. I didn’t feel like I was being brushed along. She took her time to talk to me and discuss the issues I was having. Thank you to all the staff who were there to support me.

Nurses are over worked I understand that, but when a child isn't well and wont see them is ridiculous. Doesn't this profession take an oath? Never coming here for any emergencies, just drive further.

Saw a doctor right away and the staff were friendly, helpful, polite, and thorough.
I've only ever been to St. Boniface which were all (3) bad experiences so this was a welcome change. Thank you!
