I was at their Open House recently- what a crowd! The staff and the leadership team were so friendly and professional. The clinic has so many great machines. They had local physicians, politicians, every day people, patients, radio station and photographers. It was so nice to see them doing winter clothes drive for local charity. I was welcomed with warmth and a tour to the clinic. I believe the clinic will help the people of High River with necessary tests. They don't have to go out of town, plus there's no waitlist!

I went in for a routine mammogram and I was very nervous! The technician was so kind and caring and answered all my questions. She was very patient and explained the process. She also was so pleasant and always had a smile on her face! It was uncomfortable getting it done but the experience made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend CGA High River as the staff are so friendly and they know all their clients and I did not have to wait for long! The place is so clean and easy to find!

On top of that, the people who work here are truly a wonderful bunch - you can feel that they care about what they do and how proud they are to be in High River. One star given for the kind receptionist. This was the worst ultrasound experience I have ever had. I have been suffering from a blood clot for the past seven months, I started to have increased leg pain so my doctor was able to get me into a last minute ultrasound at this imaging location to make sure nothing more had advanced. First of all the sonographer didn't even leave the room for me to take my pants off, then during the whole exam had to read from a piece of paper to navigate how to look at the different veins in my leg. She then proceeded to squirt gel all over me, areas that didn't require imaging, she left the room several times leaving me exposed on the table with construction men working in the halls just outside the room and then quickly said all done (usually these exams take about 45 mins) Then she stayed in there for me to put my pants on. I thought this whole exam was rushed, unprofessional and very odd to say the least. On top of everything I received the report back and she reported that I DO NOT have a blood clot and that I was too overweight to do the exam properly. I am 5'9 and about a size 14 in clothes, so i could lose a bit but in no way are my legs to large to see veins through an imaging machine. My main concern here is what if this was a person trying to find out for the first time if they had a DVT (deep vein thrombosis) and this went unseen and untreated and cause this person their life? What if this was a first time Mom and this lady telling her she can't see the fetus? Luckily I was already being treated on blood thinners etc. My advice is stay away from this clinic or at least the older short lady with black hair not having a clue what she's doing. Very scary!!!
