We were out of Canada when we received the call of Mom's passing . As executor, it was my responsibility to make arrangements. I phoned Chapel of Memories and spoke with Margaret. She needed some information and reassured me that Mom would be taken care of. When we returned home , had a meeting with Margaret and she looked after all legalities, instructed me what had to be done , gave me good insight for an obituary and also was instrumental in designing the Memorial pamphlet for the Celebration of Life . Words cannot describe my gratitude for Margaret and staff . Thank You

When my brother passed unexpectedly, I was put in touch with Margaret at Chapel of Memories. She was both compassionate and professional in guiding me as I live across the country in Ontario. She handled everything for me and went above and beyond in retrieving some of my brothers belongings and shipping them with my brothers urn. Katja was also very kind and helpful and I would recommend Chapel of Memories to all in need of funeral services.
