I recently toured Charis Village and was very impressed! Both the apartment units and the duplexes were beautiful - they have lots of natural light, many have pretty views to the nearby farmland, and every unit I toured felt spacious and had good quality finishes. I was also surprised by how affordable the units are...there are options for all different budgets. It's definitely worth checking out if you're an older adult looking for a maintenance-free option in Lacombe.

I was given a tour of Charis on a sunny Spring day. I was impressed how solid the apartment building was build and the variety of floor plans in the building will be a good selection to pick from for couples and single people alike. The spacious apartments with plenty of natural light will make you smile:) The underground parking garage with spacious stalls is an asset for the climate in Alberta. The entire building is set up for spacious living, entertainment and community building! Well done!

A couple of weeks ago, we were given a very welcoming & thorough tour of Charis Village. We saw various units in the Villa and the duplexes as well. Many boxes of our "likes" were ticked off such as: minimal steps, underground parking, down-sized living areas with lots of natural lighting. All our questions at that time were answered, we never felt pressured and left with a great package of further information. Charis Village is one option as we think & pray about how retirement might play out in our lives.

Charis is such a beautiful area! Condos are well thought out and designed. The duplexes are homes that you will never want to move out of. The pond nearby with the walking paths are a perfect place to be everyday. Thank you, Warren, for the tour.

What a wonderful concept/developement being built right here in Lacombe! The folks at Charis have thought of everything. I love the thought of being able to transfer from your own duplex unit, to an apartment style home then to an assisted living unit when one needs to, & all without having to leave your neighborhood. The units are beautiful & well designed. Worth looking into if you are thinking of making a move.
