I’m quite disheartened to read some of these comments…My family has been a patient of Dr Rehak at this clinic over 9 years and my experiences have always been POSITIVE! The medical and administrative staff are exceptional and efficient. Comments regarding front end staff are unnecessarily critical. This clinic is extremely busy and she fields all kinds of inquiries of EVERY CALL and EVERY VISITOR to the clinic. Yes, she may be direct or blunt at times - but always professional in my opinion. She isn't a “hostess” at a restaurant!
Dr Rehak is attentive and caring and I feel confident knowing he has my back and that of my family.
Try little KINDNESS and GRATITUDE for the people that care for you (and many others)
Personally, I feel very fortunate to have a family doctor at all! The clinic is close to home and with privileges at our beloved HRH.
A teaching clinic that not only trains new doctors- but assures there will be medical care in our rural community in future! I’ve seen several doctors at this clinic and all were excellent.

I love my Dr but can't stand the receptionist! I got a phone call to come in to review some results. I didn't know who exactly called me so she said she couldn't help at all. I asked what was 9n my file. She said I had to know who called and when I said if there's nothing on my file, how important can it be, she said ok and hung up. No, have a good day, let me see what I can do, nothing! Terrible customer service!

I find myself very happy to have a doctor in this clinic. The negative comments about the receptionist surprise me as I find the receptionist that I always see and almost always connect with by phone to be superb, such a refreshing change from the Ontario clinic.

My doctor is absolutely AMAZING however the reception lady needs to retire. She's extremely rude and disrespectful. Constantly has RBF and zero respect for patient confidentiality. My doctor will give me an option for phone consultations due to medical reasons and when I call in for the appointment to be booked reception says he doesn't do that or will say I will get a call back and get no calls. There are many people making these complaints against her so why does she still have a job here? There's many friendly people looking for work that would love her position and patients.... time to move on lady...

I have been seeing Drs Aaron and Rory Slusar for a couple years now, they have both been excellent doctors and very accommodating for me. They answer ava connect messages and will do phone appointments if needed. Great listeners and knowledgable, highly recommend

Extremely rude receptionist. How can you expect someone to get help from their doctor if they can’t get past the receptionist to make an appointment? She is terribly unkind and does not care about anyone. She should not be working in healthcare, especially when mental health is at play. 0/10, Do not recommend. With that attitude she will be losing her doctors many more clients.

I will be coming back to this place again for my prescription needs. Not only did they fill my prescription in a reasonable time, they were able to help me get meds that work for my dog as the original prescription was not available at the time. Also waited 5min instead of being asked to wait 20min. No gimmick to get me to spend more. And MOST importantly they genuinely care about the people they are serving. Highly recommend making it your regular pharmacy!!

Awful awful doctors. Except one. DR. RAPSKI
The woman at the front desk refused to tell me her name. Or even the managers full name. This is going against freedom of information act. I have every right as a citizen, to know the managers name and the front desks full name for reporting to the college of physicians.
They would not give me any information which is something they have to disclose.
So are they hiding something? Why can't I know either of these names?
I am allowed to know doctors names. So they can give me theirs. This is purely going against the freedom of information act. The clinic actually are family doctors that work at the ER in a hospital. They do not at all have any righr to work at an ER. They are also corrupt.
