The facility is beautiful & very clean but it is the staff members that make this place so wonderful. All the staff truly cares for their residents and they have provided the best care for the respected elderly
members that treat residents as if they are family this undescribable

The kitchen staff are so accommodating with his food allergy. We sincerely appreciate all the care and support given to the respected elderly and us. We are thankful for the peace of mind knowing they are is safe and happy

We moved my father into Leamington Chartwell one year ago. We can say that over this year, he has started to thrive personally due to living here. The facility is beautiful & very clean but it is the staff members that make this place so wonderful. All the staff truly cares for their residents and they have provided the best care for him. Just this past month, Mom has passed away & the support give to us is beyond words. I have never seen staff members that treat residents as if they are family but they definitely do at this retirement home!! When we visit, it feels like an extension of our family. Nadia and Anne always greet us with smiles and great conversations. Gino is so helpful. Nancy and all the nursing staff are superb. Dad loves the food (states it’s better than any restaurant). The kitchen staff are so accommodating with his food allergy. We sincerely appreciate all the care and support given to Dad and us. We are thankful for the peace of mind knowing he is safe and well taken care of there.

My mom lives alone and recently required knee replacement surgery. Living outside of Canada myself, I was really concerned about her having the appropriate care she needed upon immediate hospital discharge. After speaking with Nadia and learning about all that Chartwell offered for recovery care, my mom decided to stay. Her experience was truly amazing in every way. Nadia made sure that care was co-ordinated before my mom even arrived so that there were no surprises and her mind was set at ease. While staying at the facility, the entire staff was extremely attentive at all hours that my mom needed them. Now, my mom is telling all her friends that staying at Chartwell for her short term recovery was the best decision she made - seeing how incredibly well they took care of her during her stay - I'd have to absolutely agree.

We recently held a Family gathering at Chartwell Leamington, where my parents have lived for the past 6 years. Reserving the party space in one stop at the front desk was fast and efficient- best of all -no charge!! We reserved the Theatre room, County Kitchen and meeting room all together. There was ample space for one and all- ages 4- 83!! This facility has thought of it all- frig, oven, microwave, ample counter space, large screen tv with theatre chairs and countless DVDs, all the tables and chairs needed, multiple restrooms, coffee and tea service as requested. The space is well lit and has loads of natural lighting as well. The elevators made easy access for a few with mobility issues- NO stairs! We have already decided to book here for our next gathering!!

Our son stays at Chartwell for respite several times a year. This place is like a home away from home in every aspect. It is a beautiful facility, unbelievably clean & the staff goes above & beyond. Nadia always goes out of her way to make sure Ryan has a perfectly located room & everything is organized. The rooms are spacious, very well decorated with even a fireplace plus a large patio door & outdoor sitting area. We are beyond blessed to have Chartwell Leamington for our son. We don’t have to worry about anything as we know that he has the very best care , is safe & happy!

My parents spent 3 months this past winter at Chartwell Leamington. The building itself is bright and airy. Their suite was large and comfortable. They were very pleased with the quality, and variety of meals and the dining room staff were always happy, polite and caring. They enjoyed taking part in a variety of activities and enjoyed live music when groups came to entertain.
Nadia led us through the orientation and paperwork process and was unfailingly engaging during our many interactions during my parents stay.
Anne always met us with a smile and was a wonderful, bright and positive staff member
My parents were so impressed that if for some reason the dining room attendants were short of staff members, other staff, no matter their position at the facility showed up and made sure the residents received their dinners in a timely manner.
Although the residence itself is impressive, in my opinion, it is the staff that make Chartwell Leamington so special.
My parents are planning a return to Chartwell this coming winter.

Howard & I were very satisfied with our short stay for the winter. All of the staff were very friendly, especially those at the desk. Everyone called us by our first name, as well as kitchen & wait staff. The meals were good, depending on who was cooking that day, but we never left hungry. If desired drink wasnt available, there was always a substitute. Our room was very clean when we arrived. I especially enjoyed all the activities & the entertainment in the common room. We loved being able to get fresh air by walking around the outdoor patio everyday. I will never forget the fun I had with Anne and the friendships made with other residents.

My mother has lived at Chartwell Leamington since November 2022. I want to thank every staff member for being so good to my mom. I have been a staff member here for 17 years and thought this would be a great place for mom to live. Mom loves all the activities especially colouring with some of her new friends. Having mom here has removed a lot stress from my family because we know she is happy and well taken care of. I know she is happy here because she is now like her old funny self. Thank you Chartwell Leamington!
