This school is ok but Mr.van is honestly one of the strangest people/teachers I’ve met I’ve been done his robotics course and I’ve just been chilling but if you try have the smallest amount of fun he just gets a big power trip and he doesn’t even know how to communicate about anything he told my buddy’s little group that are done the robotics course to be quiet but he never actually tells people to be quiet he just says it so it looks like the kid are bad kids he doesn’t know how to communicate properly he’s the one teacher that I don’t like because of the way he acts if you try asking for help he just says that it’s a self directed course and barely helps you all he will tell you is look at the instructions but if your new to coding how are you going to understand where you made the mistake in the code if you barely understand it and the teachers not helping you he has one job and that’s to teach and guide the future generations but all I’ve seen is one teacher that doesn’t know how to teach or help kids actually learn and what they want to do as a career he honestly makes me think what is going on in his head and kids can skip his class so easily he doesn’t even know where that are he’s honestly the most clueless person/teacher I’ve ever met.

The school constantly smells of manure because we're surrounded by farmland in the middle of nowhere. Not to mention the mice problem! The students here are so poor that we must eat the mice for protein!! Our education is trash; if you have a choice, send your kid to Calgary!!!

This school is horrible. Makes me dread wanting to come here every single day, no one should have to suffer by going to this school. It is literally in the middle of nowhere. Chestermere High School is a disgrace to chestermere and chestermere isn't the best place sometimes, the only teacher that I've seen care is Mr.S (you are such a king! keep doing you boo ! )who is an ELA teacher and actually motivated me to work better in LA and made LA fun.

The hallways smell horrible and teachers wonder why students skip their class all the time or school its because they don't know how to make anything fun and they can't control their emotions and try to be nice. You guys wanna advocate for a nicer school and have kindness everywhere, lets pleaseee advocate that in the teachers first.

DO NOT send your kids here if you want them to have a decent future. Every bathroom I walk into has a crowd of kids sitting on the dirty, filthy and disgusting floor who are usually vaping or doing other narcotics. These kids act like the bathroom is their home, and people who walk in there to do their business are strangers trying to invade their home.

Additionally, the teachers here aren’t qualified and don’t teach students adequately. The only good teacher in this school is Mr. S (English teacher) and genuinely strives for the success of his students. The one teacher who does not deserve a job at this school or any place in general is Mrs. P (English teacher) Please someone teach her how to be a kind, decent human being.

Overall, I would like to give this school 0 stars.

My kid was locked in the schools basement because he talked in class and died of hunger. The teachers said "Never talk in class again" He still haunts the school.

and then they found out i was black and dug a six foot deep hole and as i was being buried i heard the teachers say dont forget to study for the gla.

This school locked me in the locker because I talked during a test.dont come to this school

I do not recommend this school unless you want to kill your children like the school is too small and the gym smells so bad they dont even wanna clean it and it always smells like sweats and the teachers can't even teach properly and dont make them selfs sound clear and the bathrooms is like the worst thing i dont wanna talk about

My son Damian Dulyios Dixon was bullied and set on fire at this school

Do not recommend, was locked in a fridge for talking in class

My kids friend told me that a rat fell into one of the pots and they still served the food, and now the kids that ate it are at the hospital fighting for their lives. DON'T SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!!! or at least don't let them eat.

Mr Jonson texted half the girls in the class when I went there. The man is a slime bag. Anybody that wants to see the texts he still sending them to my sister and her two friends. I can email you them has his cell number too and the screen shots Can’t believe they let it go on .making jokes saying how he’s half black from the waist down infront of other teachers and students

Worse school in the world, racist as well. Definitely white privileged. I'm an honour student, been since I was in grade 7. But at this school, the teachers are pretty rude, theres only 2 teachers that are actually nice. Thelien or however you spell her name, is a real pain, she always forgets and students always have to correct her. Shes definitely one of the worse, I learned absolutely nothing from her. I know many people that don't like her teaching, all she does is give you work sheets and show you videos, she never teaches herself. Only students she likes will pass that class. I would love if this school could shut down, I've never hated a school so much. They spent thousands on remaking the gym but I wish they would just fire most of the staff, I know most of them have been there of a long time but they aren't helping the student learn at all. Instead of trying to make the gym look better, maybe make a second floor? Theres too many students trying to walk in the small hallways and you'll always get shoved. People are always getting introuble being a little late to class. It really isn't our fault. I'm really trying to pass my classes but it's so much stress.
