I have never dealt with this company, but I know how they feel about. Children's services don't believe anything. They say, because all they do is lie. They tell you what you want to hear. And then they walk away, and they do nothing. I know there's from way too many experiences dealing with them. They do nothing but lie. They love the attention, so don't give Le many attention. That's what they want. They will never change ever ever. Will they change? They don't care about the children. Children's services, not at all and my oldest son. Had an aid in school and I loved it. She was awesome. These people work very hard and deal with a lot of. Hard task with these children. So extra help would really be appreciated. I have proof that they lie to people on paper. And in the courts.

Unfortunately the situation im in I am biased although all the workers I have encountered are all very friendly and respectful. The receptionist very kind. I love the work anyone does to help out the needy. They were making Christmas hampers for the needy. Seems like they genuinely care.

Well it turns out I have to alter my review.
The workers do not have the children's best interest in mind.
They have zero issues picking sides and altering conversations to manipulate the facts to favor one side.
Be very careful dealing with this association they are self serving and withhold information that should be freely accessible.
Get every conversation in writing.
They will manipulate your conversations to fit their narrative ignoring facts.

The children's mental health is definitely not their concern. Very sad that CAS is basically useless unless they see physical bruises on a child. Emotional/mental abuse is just as serious and should be a priority as well. Shame on you.

I was dismayed by seeing so many critical reviews of this place. We are a family who receive services from this place for last five years and we have nothing to say but good things about the staff, accountant, fund administrators and everyone and everything related to this place. They really came to a rescue in tough time of our lives. Thanks for everything CAS, Thunder Bay. Please know that there are people who really really appreciate the hard work that you people do.

This place is unreal.. rosa has to be the worst one there... "hey rosa do you have records there of the past reported abuse..... (Rosa says.. we dont keep records. )

The amount of disrespect and disregard for real problems are insane.. they alow crack dealers to sell crack with children in the home.. crack deals being done on childrens tablets.. they alow kids to live in flies and cigarette butts..

This place should be ashamed to be in business.

The saying every child matters does not apply here.

One of the worst CAS organizations we have ever dealt with. Utterly shameful. How more children haven’t died through their willful ignorance is surely blind luck.

Spend too much time harassing good parents and not the bad ones. Failed to engage my kids, failed to offer solutions or counselling, failed to address behavioral issues due to past abuse, and was a colossal waste of time for all involved.

LUNA the Lab

Don't know what they get paid for. Always just a call or pointless visit. They don't offer solutions or actually truly help in times of need. Just gtf out of our lives already if you aren't beneficial.
