Chrome Kittens Pole and Dance is amazing.

I’ve been taking beginner and intermediate classes for the last few months and it has been one of the most empowering things I’ve done.

Because it’s hard. It’s super physical. But it’s also incredibly rewarding and supportive.

You’re in small classes (5-8) with other women of different body shapes/types, backgrounds, and skill sets.

I spent over a year going to the gym 5 days a week focusing on weightlifting and while i adore the gym community ive been fortunate enough to be a part of, it has nothing on how I feel leaving a pole class.

I’m a mom of two that’s been struggling with body issues for as long as I can remember, and this one of the first times I’ve truly felt comfortable it my own skin.

Love this place! I had never pole danced before and from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable. I have continued down my pole journey because of the amazing environment. If you have never pole danced and are even slightly curious, then this is where you need to go.
The space is gorgeous! The instructors are amazing!

Today I had my first pole dance class with Jill. I did the beginners class and loved it. It was a friendly environment, very encouraging, inspiring and inclusive to my ability (I’m a newbie who loves the arts but I’m not very coordinated, working on that lol). I liked that I walked away feeling energized and happy. Jill made me feel really comfortable and she took a little time to help me understand which I really appreciated 🩷🥲 I liked that at the end of the class, there was space for some creative flow and freedom. I already love this studio and can’t wait to continue my pole journey with Chrome Kittens, MEOW 😻

I have been coming to this studio pretty much since they opened last year and absolutely love it. It is such a beautifully and well thought out studio and all of the instructors are fantastic! It is such a welcoming environment and the classes are so fun! They always make sure to have all the necessary safety equipments like crash mats and the instructors are great about always helping and spotting you until you feel comfortable in new moves.

Chrome Kittens Pole and Dance is a beautiful studio with a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
I have found the instructors to be passionate and knowledgeable, taking the time to get to know each student's level and ability to provide challenging yet suitable progressions of moves and able to clearly demonstrate and break down to teach effectively and safely.
The studio is well equipped with professional X-poles that are well spaced, high quality crash mats, and small class sizes.
The schedule offers a variety of classes including strength and conditioning, spin pole, floor work, flexibility focussed and choreographed heels classes which compliment each other or allow you to focus on one area of interest at a time.
Since starting my pole fitness journey not only have I found myself gaining strength and flexibility (no previous dance/gymnastics or similar experience), it has also been empowering and confidence building, promoting body positivity and acceptance.

A warm & welcoming environment with lots of different class options for all levels! All of the instructors provide clear instruction and spend time with each individual student to ensure all moves are being executed safely and with proper technique. They do a great job of making sure that everyone gets to learn something new and challenging but appropriate for their level during mixed-level classes. Would highly recommend for anyone interested in trying pole or for those looking to improve their skills!

The instructors were very friendly and welcoming and created a non-competitive environment which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the class plans were clearly made up on the spot for the two classes I took and there was not at all sufficient warm up for the types of strenuous movements we were doing. Very little safety or technique instruction was given. I would not recommend as I don't think this establishment knows how to safely and effectively teach mixed-level classes (which is what all the classes are).

I came to Chrome Kittens after trying pole once before many years ago, and not having the best experience. Arriving with some hesitations, they quickly subsided when I started class with Charlotte. The energy she brings with her makes you feel so welcome, even if you are uncomfortable due to lack of experience on a pole. She is attentive, and can provide many different varations to suit your personal skill level. I fell in love with pole through coming to her and the other instructors classes. I am so appreciative to this studio for helping me find an active, rewarding passion.
