First of all I've had good experiences with the City of Lacombe office. For example, I called about the end of a nail sticking out of an older playground set and they immediately fixed it. I've called about other things such as subdividing land and they were friendly and informative.

Second, Lacombe is a great little City with a friendly vibe. They go above and beyond to maintain and entertain. They always put on a wonderful Lacombe Days and we also appreciate the lovely Canada Day foreworks.

Lacombe may not be the most busy place but I think that's why a lot of us enjoy it so much. Plus it has a lot of beautiful walking trails and an adorable downtown core.

Love lacombe other then people who don't read speed limit signs in school zones and downtown. Read the times on the signs please they have times on them. Also the mailbox at the corner of 50th street and 52nd Ave should be moved to the 52nd Ave just around the corner from where it is as it impedes the vision to see north bound traffic, I have seen 7 accidents there and that mailbox is the cause

I really do like the city think it's beautiful in fact it's where my grandparents immigrated to from Europe it's just very unfortunate that one person has to ruin the town completely and make it absolutely unsafe to be in I'm talking about a red unmarked SUV police vehicle that drives absolutely ridiculous breaking every rule that he wants to hand tickets out for. This man needs to be stopped it's at night time he will try to pull over any car he can driving erratically and completely unsafe while doing so. It's unfortunate that he had to ruin this town for I'm sure I'm not the only one. Well if the town knows what's good for him they should get rid of that cop who drives that red SUV because he is the biggest hazard in this province as far as I'm concerned I absolutely unacceptable the man should not have a job

I started to dislike here as a uni student studying but only because cost of living is cheaper I’m still here. I have a learning disabilities so I read the street parking as Thursday instead of Tuesday and the By-Law officer ticketed me for street parking and claim to knock on my door while I was home. I don’t have the energy to challenge it in provincial court but it was an injustice.

I live in Spruce Grove and my daughter's family lives in Airdrie. We arranged another quick visit for lunch at Michener Park today. We found a picnic table by the skate park and was able to park under the trees close to the picnic table. We enjoyed our time and were able to watch the young crowd enjoy the skateboard park. I did not try to use the washroom building, thinking it was locked since there were no baseball or soccer games running. so I saw portapotties beside the north baseball diamonds close to the highway. Clean and easy. Thank you. So because Lacombe maintains a great park, two families drove into town, gassed up their cars and went to two different restaurants for takeout lunch. There is a real value for having nice public parks. Thank you Lacombe. See you soon.
