I just have to say, this service was a dream come true for me!!!

I had a medical appointment in Calgary and would have more in the future and I don't drive. The stress this was causing me was a lot.

Then I heard about this service, emailed them, and they contacted me shortly after and said they almost had it all arranged! I was so happy!

They picked me up at my home, drove me to my appointment, waited, and back home again. It was professional and discrete and the driver was wonderful.

I had priced out all of the alternatives (bus, taxi) and this service is significantly lower. It is also more personal and feels a little less lonely. It really made a huge difference in easing my stress levels.

Thank-you to all the staff and volunteers who work for The Claresholm & District Transportation society! Your service is invaluable and your warm and professional attitude is so welcoming!

These guys are amazing! Starting with Sally. 🥰 She is always pleasant, cheerful and eager to get you booked in, and will do everything within her power to make it happen.

The drivers are the same, lovely and friendly and very curious. ALWAYS on time and willing to lend you that extra hand. They are a great bunch of guys.

I don't know what I would do without this service, and I am very grateful for it and the people who run it, and drive for it.

Thank you very much Claresholm Transportation & District Transportation Society, for being here for people like myself when we need a hand (or a ride that is) 😀

Why do they pick the pockets of the disabled at the end of each year? They demand hundreds of dollars, provide no justification, and refuse to issue receipts. They tell the RCMP this is because trips to medical facilities were not authorised, but we don't need pre-authorisation from office clerks to see our physicians. Can you imagine if we did? People would DIE. So what does the Claresholm Transportation Society do with the shakedown money at the end of each year?

Called on a Monday at 1:05-1:30-2:00-3:10-3:45-4:00 to book the service, every time went straight to voicemail and didn’t get a return call. Hours of operation seem to be whatever they feel like.
